Meu quarto não era igual das fotos, era menor e pior decorado. Contudo o hotel fica em cima de um shopping e em frente a uma estação de metrô, com linhas diretas para o Louvre e para a Torre Eiffel.

Boa localização, ao lado de uma estação de metro e de um Shopping - onde encontramos além das lojas de grandes marcas um ótimo Carrefour (supermercado). Os quartos são muito bons e nos atendeu perfeitamente, equipe de funcionários atenciosos e educados. Recomendo e se for a Paris outra vez este poderá ser novamente meu lar.

É perto do metrô, os funcionários são bem atenciosos, os quartos são muito confortáveis e a cozinha é boa para quem quiser cozinhar algumas coisas, mas a cozinha não tem forno.

Hotel muito bem localizado, em frente a uma estação de metrô com varias linhas, quartos amplos, muito bem aparelhados, da para comprar alimentos no mercado tranquilamente que a cozinha é muito bem equipada.

Eu passei 5 dias no hotel e saí certa de que fiz a melhor escolha. A cozinha apesar de pequena é completa, tem todos os utensílios que precisa para fazer uma refeição (panelas, escorredor, tábua, talheres...). A cama é grande e confortável, tem armário pra roupas e um espaço para mala. A equipe foi muito solícita todas as vezes que precisei. Espero voltar em breve :)

Hotel muito bom, apartamento amplo comparado com o comum de Paris, com cozinha e banheira, e "vista" pra torre (dá pra ver só a ponta de cima).

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The pictures do not even resemble the pictures on the website. And the most delusional thing is that after one person takes a shower you have to wait 45 minutes until there is hot water again.

Like the location and the room is ok. Bath tub drains very slowly so not ideal. Otherwise it's comfy.

Sitio muy recomendable en Paris. Siendo que no está en el centro, tiene 3 lineas de metro en la misma puerta que tiene muy buena conexión y línea directa con el centro de la ciudad (de una media de 20min). Barrio muy tranquilo, sensación de seguridad, con una calle muy cerca del hotel en el que encuentras bares y restaurantes nada turísticos. También, justo delante del hotel, un par de restaurantes muy recomendables. Centro comercial con Carrefour al lado de hotel. Habitaciones correctas; algo justas en espacio, pero suficiente para dos personas. En la nuestra, no encontramos comodidad para comer en la misma habitación (quizá hay otras con mesa de cocina/comedor). Cocina equipada (incluso pequeño lavavajillas)

Nice and spacious apartment that we were moved to via our holiday provider (easyjet) as the initial hotel was not to their standard. Very comfy and spacious bed. Hotel was ok mostly to the south east of most attractions, but it is by the metro if anyone wishes to use that as transportation. Our room did face into the foyer of the neighbourighing italia deux shopping complex but this was not an issue for us as we were not in the room during the day and had the curtains closed at night. Coffee and tea available from a machine in the reception to use but you will need to bring a cup down from your own room for it. Has a baggage hold which can be used if you are departing later in the day but wish to stay in the vicinity to pick the luggage up later as we did before going the airport.

Room is tidy & just a little bit weary. Good use some updating. Nevertheless it serves the purpose. One night light and both reading lights besides the bed were not working. No shower curtain, so water splashes into the floor. Hot water is really hot, so be careful. No hand shower (bidè). Be aware of the room window, there are no safeguards, don't fall out. Air conditioning is efficient with cold or warm air. Room is equipped with electric water kettle but not with coffee machine. You can fill the coffee cup from your room in a coffee automat near the reception desk for free. I just used instant coffee. Tip: If you use "Oatly ikaffe" it may be hard to find. Instead try "Bjorg avoine" (see pic). It's good substitute for milk to use in coffee & tea & morning corn flakes. Room is cleaned once a week and You can always buy extra cleaning days from reception. If needed, You can switch your towels to clean one's on your own from the linings room in the lobby. Trashes has it's own room next to elevator. Room key will open it as well as the linings room and hotels main door and activate the room lights. When outside your room keep the key with You all times. I prefer room window toward the shopping center, but there is also one's on the street/traffic side. Locked baggage room is available where you can leave your bags waiting if you arrive before 3pm.

It is exactly as advertised no more no less. Comfortable clean rooms that have a kitchen. Gives you an apartment without the charm of Airbnb but the comfort of knowing exactly what you get.

El sitio es magnífico. Llegas a todos los sitios emblemáticos de Paris bien con el metro. El barrio es seguro. El centro comercial al que daba mi apartamento tiene un Carrefour que tiene de todo. También hay muchos bares y restaurantes alrededor. La cocina está muy bien equipada. Los sofás cama son muy buenos en la habitación de cuatro personas, aunque sólo hay tres sillas. El baño es mejorable. No entran a limpiar el apartamento ni retirar las basuras, tampoco me ofrecen toallas limpias. Hay servicio de café (sólo café solo) gratis en la entrada del hotel. El personal ...depende, Caetano encantador. El desayuno buffet no merece la pena.

2 stars as the reception staff and location of the property was good. Otherwise paying AUD$500 per night is way too much for the small rooms, with not even a single bottle of water, tea bag, milk… (this is not the first time we are staying in apartment style accomodation, it is normal to expect at-least bare minimal like water, tea bag). No instructions to open sofa bed, no mirror, 2 single beds instead 1 double bed, poor WiFi. Worse part construction above our apartment commenced at 7:30AM, when asked the receptionist “there is nothing much we can do” was the response. Hope things would only improve from here. If you are reading this review to book, ask for the street side apartment.

You get for you pay for and this is a cheap hotel. Warning: Some rooms are not facing the street but the inside of a shopping mall(?!) Make sure not to get one of those terrible rooms. We did, but after one night we were replaced to a street facing room. No charm whatsoever, but clean and OK sized rooms with an extremely small restroom. Breakfast is OK and I guess the 13 euro price tag corresponds. The best thing about this hotel is that it is right next to the wonderful Butte-Aux-Cailles quarter.

Porque o serviço de limpeza foi muito ruim, pia do banheiro entupida, sujeira embaixo das camas. Também alteraram o sistema da lavanderia que em nada agilizou a tarefa. Eu sempre fico neste hotel. Agora vou repensar. Lamento bastante.

Nos hemos contagiado de covid con mi pareja y al no poder acudir por ese motivo, el hotel nos ha cancelado la reserva, la cual estaba totalmente paga y ahora no nos quieren reconocer ni una noche de alojamiento ni devolver el dinero. Muy poco empatico de su parte.

Estuvimos con mi familia en agosto del 2020,Es limpio,acogedor,con dispensador de gel en cada piso y apartamento,precio cómodo,te dejan sabanas y toallas suficientes para los dias que te quedas,recepcionista te responde en ingles,frances y español. Buena ubicación,transporte por todos lados,la estación de tren esta a la salida del hotel.

Apartahotel al lado de parada de metro (buenas comunicaciones) y de un centro comercial. Sencillo, limpio y con cocina completa (en el caso del estudio). La gente de recepción muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Bien calidad/precio

Estupendo alojamiento a 30 minutos andando de Notre Dame por grandes avenidas, cruzando el barrio latino, a 15 mimutos usando la parada de metro que hay al lado de la puerta.Las habitaciones tienen una pequeña cocina totalmente equipada, la nuestra daba a la zona de restauración de un centro comercialidad no te da sensación de interior, a otros familiares en las habitaciones pares se veía todo Paris (8º planta) Torre Eiffel, torre de Montparnase, Sacre coeur. En recepción hay una cafetera para he de café o té las 24 horas. Hay desayuno aparte aunque no lo usamos. El personal de recepción super amables y atentos de las puede hablar en español. Esta rodeado de restaurantes en los alrededores. Camas cómodas y confortables. Todo magnifico para una estancia en Paris

La limpieza sigue siendo un punto débil en el turismo francés: las toallas "limpias" tienen manchas no quitadas en los lavados anteriores. El cuarto de basuras pasa días sin que se sean retiradas (al tercer día de nuestra estancia ya casi no se podía abrir la puerta para dejar los desechos). A nuestra llegada (en la hora indicada) la habitación no estaba lista y tuvimos que irnos a comprar para esperar a que la terminaran. Además hubo un corte de luz y tardaron en que llegara su técnico más de dos horas (¡ con 169 apartamentos ocupados!) . No pudimos comer en el aparthotel (la cocina es eléctrica), ni poner el aire acondicionado (es un problema porque la habitación da al centro comercial y debe cerrarse por el ruído y temperatura que entra del hall del centro comercial) y con la nevera llena de productos frescos y medicinas nos dijeron de forma muy maleducada que no se hacían cargo de lo que se estropeara porque no era un problema de ellos. Señores del hotel: vds. deben atender a sus clientes, darles un cheque comida si es preciso y abonar los productos estropeados en su nevera y luego deben Vs. reclamar a quien consideren (compañía electrica, centro comercial, etc).. Desde luego no es un problema del cliente que ha pagado por unos servicios de comida, nevera, luz y refrigeración, etc que no ha disfrutado. La atención fue muy maleducada en este incidente y por supuesto sin resarcir al cliente..
