“Procuramos online o “melhor” hotel de luxo e fora da lista escolhemos este! Má escolha!! Os quartos são monótonos e sem gosto, MAS o banheiro é velho e estragado .. as torneiras do chuveiro não abrem .. a água é marrom e geralmente fria .. no geral, o quarto é uma grande decepção O café da manhã está cansado e nada criativo teve que perguntar ONDE está a comida tradicional que esperávamos ?? O café é horrível e cheio de borra de café, MAS .. o serviço todos os dias é lento para sentar você deixa você em pé para sempre e as mesas usadas não apagadas para sempre !!! A equipe é mal treinada e corre para todos os lugares, esquecendo-se de trazer o café para a mesa Demora pelo menos meia hora a uma hora para que os alimentos cheguem às refeições A sopa de tomate do serviço de quarto foi a melhor refeição que tivemos Os almoços e jantares foram decepcionantes, MAS encontramos um restaurante INCRÍVEL a 5 minutos de “Jumas” que está fora deste mundo !!! Altamente recomendado para todos os alimentos, o chef é verdadeiramente de primeira classe !! Mas eu estou dizendo isso .. a praia é legal Nunca recomendaria este hotel muito decepcionante em geral”

“We looked online for upscale “best” hotel and out of short list we chose this ! BAD choice!! The rooms are dull and tasteless BUT the bathroom is old and run down.. the faucets in the shower do not turn .. the water is brown and usually cold.. overall the room is a huge disappointment
The breakfast is tired and uncreative had to ask WHERE is the traditional food we expected?? The coffee is horrible and filled with coffee grounds BUT .. the service everyday is slow to seat you leaves you standing forever and the used tables not cleared forever !!! The staff is undertrained and running everywhere forgetting to bring coffee to table
Takes at least half hour to one hour for food to arrive at meals
Tomato soup from room service was the best meal we had
The lunches and dinners disappointing BUT we found AMAZING restaurant 5 min away “Jumas” that is out of this world!!! Highly recommended for all food the chef is truly first class !!
But I’m saying this .. the beach front is nice
