É um bom hotel para ficar. As pessoas da recepção foram muito úteis. As faxineiras eram super queridas. Ficamos lá por 2 semanas e tivemos que sair um dia mais cedo devido a uma emergência familiar. Devo agradecer a todos os trabalhadores daquele hotel. Eu acidentalmente deixei meu chapéu (que foi dado pelo meu tio morto) em nosso quarto. Eles foram muito legais quando meu namorado ligou. Eles até o mantiveram em um local seguro e estavam prontos para serem retirados 4 dias depois, quando meu amigo chegou. A desvantagem é que eles não oferecem café da manhã gratuito. Você pode obtê-lo no deli ao virar da esquina. A lavanderia e a árvore do dólar também estão ao virar da esquina, se você precisar de alguma coisa. Também devo mencionar que o restaurante hispânico ao virar da esquina também. A comida era tão deliciosa. Es un buen hotel para quedarse. Los píos de la recepción fueron muy serviciales. Las señoras de la limpieza eran súper dulces. Nos quedamos allí por 2 semanas y tuvimos que irnos un día antes debido a una emergencia familiar. Debo agradecer a todos los trabajadores de ese hotel. Accidentalmente dejé mi sombrero (que me dio mi tío muerto) en nuestra habitación. Fueron muy amables cuando llamó mi novio. Incluso lo guardaron en un lugar seguro y estaba listo para ser recogido 4 días después cuando llegó mi amigo. La desventaja es que no ofrecen desayuno gratis. It’s a nice hotel to stay in. The peeps from the front desk were very helpful. Cleaning ladies were super sweet. We stayed there for 2 weeks and had to leave a day early due to family emergency. I must thanks all the workers in that hotel. I accidentally left my hat(that was given by my dead uncle) in our room. They were very nice about it when my boyfriend called. They even kept it in a safe spot and was ready to be pick up 4 days later when my friend arrived. The downside is that they don’t provide free breakfast. You can get it by the deli around the corner. The laundromat and dollar tree are also around the corner if you need anything. Also I must mention that Hispanic restaurant around that corner as well. The food was so delicious. Definitely would recommend this place if you are looking for a cheap stay in NYC.

We stayed in this hotel for about 10 days. The hotel was just ok. They don’t have carpets. Also it’s too loud and noisy in the middle of the night. Every night we would wake up at 3 am and hear people and children runny and giggling in the hallway, outside our room. It happened every day and we kept on wondering who would be so active at 3 am in the morning. I thought to myself that may be there are ghosts in this hotel that wake up at night. Upon checking with the receptionist, we were told that there is a big group of people staying in the hotel and that they come in everyday at late night hours. Another issue was parking, the hotel website says that they have parking but don’t be fooled by that. They have only parking for 6 or 7 cars. If those spots are taken then you have to find parking on the streets. The hotel staff was nice. If I have an option, I will not stay in this hotel again.

The location is a little on the Shady Side, they do not have a parking lot so good luck finding a spot on the street. I wanted to stay here for an extended amount of time that I informed the front desk of that. I saidat least 3 days but I'm going to pay for one day and check it out. Spent the night in the morning I decided to pay for another day I was told because I did not reserve it, in other words I didn't pay for it I would have to change my room I had to get all my stuff and change it to another room!I paid for two days and then I called downstairs because I did not get a receipt only to find out that they have no rooms available on the weekend that means I have to leave the hotel again and find somewhere to stay. Never had this problem before ,also they are VERY understaffed. There is nobody here to help you with your bags you're pretty much on your own and I came with a lot of things. There's normally one person at the front desk sometimes they're not even there they have been a few occasions when I call downstairs to ask a question and nobody answer the phone. On the positive side the rooms are clean, there are no bugs thank God. They have a small refrigerator and a microwave oven. Another negative the television that they have here is extremely SMALL. It's a flat screen approximately 24in at the most, I will be going back to the hotel that I stayed at before coming here the Surfside Hotel on Crossbay Boulevard it's exactly the same price they have a very large crew that is extremely helpful and they have rooms that face the bay if you want they also have luxury rooms if you want a king-size bed and a Jacuzzi. My recommendation is the Surfside hotel I will be going back there Friday as I have no choice because there are no rooms available here that I had to change my room after staying here one night was very unpleasant and I had to do it myself as nobody works here. Extremely understaffed oh yes on the positive they also have a coffee maker in the room that I did not use they have a closet for your things an ironing board with an iron so the room has many things in it but you're on your own if you plan on staying for any extended period of time you will have to pay for these days in advance otherwise they will just rent them out as I said I originally told the man at the front desk that I would be staying here at least 3 days made no difference what I said obviously they only care what you pay for.

By far this place is the worst hotel I have ever stay in. Horrible customer service, room was filthy and had a strong smoke smell. The entire hotel was supposed to be “smoke-free”. Bathroom sink faucet was broken, bathtub faucet was broken as well. We had a room with a King size bed and a sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed the mattress was yellow and had at least three huge brown stains. Totally unacceptable. We also found some mold in the bathtub. The keys to our room stopped working the second day so since they couldn’t fix it we had to go all the way to the front desk to have our room unlocked everytime we would want to get in. Horrible experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had a great stay here. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. This location was so convenient to everything. You can easily travel to the airport and into the city.

The staff and the management make this place great. Stayed here a night under negative circumstances (flight cancelations due to heavy snow). These guys were able to get my family and I a couple of rooms at a decent price, when everything else was booked. The rooms were nice and clean and overall the hotel provided a solid safe stay. I normally would not stay here (Marriott Elite), but am thankful these guys were there to help us in a difficult situation! Keep it up!

Was recommended to me by a friend who said it was a comfortable stay at a great price - and that’s exactly what it was. Stayed for two days with an infant - everything was really clean and staff was super friendly/accommodating with late check out, extra towels, etc. Highly recommend!
