Teias de aranha nas paredes, cabelo na banheira, os primeiros quartos ac estava tão enferrujado que era claramente visível através da ventilação e não soprava ar o suficiente para sentir 2 polegadas da ventilação. O segundo quartos ac só sopra baixo, então à noite é bom e frio, mas durante o dia aquece rápido, o banheiro tinha algo preto e pegajoso no anel e eu nunca vi sabão que tinha cheiro zero, mas parece lava. Na linha foi cotado a $ 80, no telefone $ 133 e acabou pagando $ 157 "depois" de desconto militar. Às 11 da noite eu estava tão cansado que não tinha energia para discutir ou procurar em outro lugar. Para o que é, eu esperaria US$ 55 por noite, talvez US$ 70 no máximo. Eu fico em hotéis o tempo todo. Os dias costumavam ser o meu objetivo para um quarto com preço justo pelo que você recebe. Pessoalmente, não me importo se é uma caixa, desde que a porta seja trancada, tem ar condicionado e uma cama limpa, mas a esse preço pelo que é oferecido, não voltarei. Vale a pena mais US$ 20 para ficar em um quarto limpo e bem conservado mais adiante na estrada.

This place was terrible!! My husband and I couldn't even stay here. We checked into our room and then immediately went to check out. The room was damaged all over and not cleaned properly! There were hand prints on the back of the headboard and dirt on the floor. We were charged for half a day $90 since we reserved a hot tub room for the weekend. Save yourself time and money, don't stay here!

Spider webs on the walls, hair in the tub, the first rooms ac was rusted out so bad it was clearly visible through the vent & wouldn't blow air enough to feel 2 inches from the vent. The second rooms ac only blows on low so at night it's nice and chill but in the day it heats up fast, the toilet had something black and sticky on the ring & I've never seen soap that had zero smell but feels like lava. On line it was quoted at $80, On the phone $133 & ended up paying $157 "after" military discount. At 11 at night I was so tired I didn't have the energy to argue or look elsewhere. For what it is I would expect $55 a night, maybe $70 at most. I stay in hotels all the time. Days in used to be my go-to for a fair priced room for what you get. Personally I don't care if it's a box as long as the door locks, it has ac and a clean bed but at this price for what's offered I will not be coming back. It worth another $20 to stay on a clean well maintained room further down the road.

Vou dar a este lugar um 2 estrelas por causa de 2 membros da equipe. Caso contrário, este local precisa ser de demonstração e, em seguida, reconstruído do zero. Tudo é velho, quebrado, mofado e nojento... sim, eu disse nojento LOL. Eu tenho que dar a eles .... quarto 415 onde ficamos tinha um cheiro agradável ao entrar.Eles nos deram toalhas e 2 trapos para uma família de 4. Ligamos para ter toalhas e trapos extras e foi-nos dito que eles realmente não têm nenhum. Eles nos trouxeram 2 trapos em vez disso. Pedimos cobertores e lençóis extras e nos disseram que não tinham 😳. Por hábito de limpar tudo nos hotéis (ações pré-COVID), fiz o mesmo aqui e descobri tanta sujeira nos vários lenços desinfetantes. O banheiro estava cheio de cabelos por todas as paredes, porta, vaso sanitário e chão. Eu tive que fazer o máximo de limpeza possível. O lobby onde o check-in e café da manhã está localizado era limpo, o que foi positivo.Queríamos cancelar nossa noite restante (chegamos na sexta-feira à noite), mas não conseguimos um quarto em outro lugar devido às férias de primavera na área e precisamos estar perto da UCF por causa de nossa filha. Escusado será dizer que estamos todos privados de sono no domingo no check-out. É muito barulhento não apenas do tráfego da rua, mas dos hóspedes.Eu não acho que eles tenham limpado dentro e ao redor do terreno deste buraco, pois ele está cheio de cigarros, tabaco e lixo. O pior é que tem tanto cocô de cachorro que você tem que ficar fazendo amarelinha para não pisar em nada. Eles cobram $ 15 para ter seu animal de estimação lá e os cães 🐕 aqui não fizeram nenhum barulho, mas você os vê. A porta da frente da sala tem uma grande abertura na parte inferior e na parte superior. Usamos uma das toalhas para fechar a grande lacuna na parte inferior, pois a fumaça dos convidados entrava e temíamos a entrada de insetos. Nossas chaves continuavam sendo desconectadas e, ao perguntar sobre isso inicialmente, fomos informados de que isso acontece com frequência. Isso nunca aconteceu conosco em outros hotéis e temos ficado em muitos hotéis.Enfim, não recomendo. Estamos todos indo para casa higienizar e desinfetar nossos corpos e roupas infelizmente.

Eu sempre fiquei em hotéis de Wyndham como sou membro. Pior experiência que tive. Estava quebrado, sujo e eu tinha um grande problema que ninguém me deu orientação ou ajuda. Fiquei trancado fora do meu quarto por 14 horas sem minhas coisas. Não recebi nenhuma ajuda e nenhuma orientação! Mantive a calma e tentei que alguém me ajudasse, mas todos os funcionários agiram como se não soubessem de nada. Pedi para falar com um gerente e ainda não falei com um gerente. Fiquei lá de 05/04 a 04/11 É 13/04. Parece que o turno da manhã e o turno da tarde não têm comunicação, pois tive que explicar tudo desde o início até cada turno.

I will give this place a 2 star because of 2 staff members. Otherwise this place need to be demo and then rebuild from scratch. Everything is old, broken, musty and just icky...yes I said icky LOL. I have to give it to them....room 415 where we stayed in had a pleasant smell upon entering.They gave us towels and 2 rags for a family of 4. We called to have extra towels and rags and was told they didn't really have any. They brought us 2 rags instead.We asked for blankets and extra sheets and were told they have none 😳. Out of habit of wiping down everything in hotels (pre-COVID actions) I did the same here and discovered so many dirt on the multiple disinfecting wipes. The bathroom was filled with hair all over the walls, door, toilet, and ground. I had to do as much cleaning as possible. The lobby where the check-in and breakfast is located was clean so that was a positive.We wanted to cancel our remaining night (we checked in late Friday night) but was unable to get a room elsewhere due it being spring break in the area and we need to be close to UCF for the sake of our daughter. Needless to say, we are all sleep deprived on Sunday upon checking out. It is very noisy not just from the traffic off the street but from the guests.I don't think they have cleaned in and around the grounds of this hole-tel as it is filled with cigarettes, tobacco, and garbage.The worst part is that there is so much dog poop that you have to be doing hopscotch to not to step in anything. They do charge $15 to have your pet there and the dogs 🐕 here didn't make any noise but you see them. The front door to the room have a big gap on the bottom and on the top. We used one of the towels to closed the wide gap on the bottom as the smoke from the guests would come in and we feared bugs coming in. Our keys kept getting disconnected and upon asking about it initially we were told that it happens often. This never happened to us at other hotels and we have stayed at alot of hotels.All in all I would not recommend. We are all going home to sanitized and disinfect our bodies and clothes sadly.

I have always stayed in hotels from Wyndham as I am a member. Worse experience I have had. It was broken, dirty & I had a major issue that no one gave me guidance or help with. I was locked out of my room for 14 hours without my stuff. I received no help & no guidance! I kept my calm and tried to get someone to help me but all staff acted like they knew nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and have yet to talk to a manager. I stayed there from 4/5-4/11 It is 4/13. Seems like the morning shift and afternoon shift have no communication as I had to explain everything from the beginning to every shift.

Baratas. Preciso dizer mais. Eles se recusam a nos dar um reembolso. O gerente não retorna minhas ligações. O homem da recepção é rude e literalmente me desafiou a ligar para a empresa.Entrei em contato com a empresa porque minha filha teve um ataque de asma devido às baratas e sujeira de baratas.O serviço de atendimento ao cliente corporativo da Wyndham quer que eu passe por obstáculos para reembolsar US$ 200,00. Eles querem uma cópia do recibo do quarto para sua localização, o quarto alternativo em que ficamos, e eles não estão se oferecendo para compensar a conta do hospital no pronto-socorro.Eu nunca vou ficar neste estabelecimento. E eu não vou ficar em outra propriedade Wyndham se eles não acertarem nesta estadia.

Ótima localização. Walmart fica a cerca de 6 minutos, muitos restaurantes locais estão a uma curta distância. Há uma casa de waffles e um restaurante buffet literalmente ao lado. Hotel é limpo por fora. Os quartos não são os melhores. Lençóis de cama muito velhos e capas de fronhas velhas. As camas não eram ruins para dormir. Área tranquila geral. Os quartos poderiam ter uma boa limpeza.

Roaches. Need I say more. They refuse to give us a refund. The manager will not return my calls. The man at the front desk is rude and literally challenged me to call corporate.I contacted corporate because my daughter had an asthma attack due to the roaches and roach dirt.Wyndham corporate customer service wants me to jump through hoops to refund us $200.00. They want a copy of the room receipt for their location, the alternative room we stayed, and they're not offering to compensate for the hospital bill at the ER.I will never stay at this property.And I won't stay at another Wyndham property if they don't make it right on this stay.

Great location. Walmart is about 6 minutes away, many local restaurants are within walking distance. There is a waffle house and a buffet restaurant literally just next door. Hotel is clean on the outside. The rooms are not the best. Very old bed sheets and old pillow case covers. Beds were not bad to sleep in. Overall quiet area. The rooms could use a good cleaning.

Sujos, os travesseiros são tão velhos, sem edredons nas camas, apenas lençóis, o banheiro parece horrível. Esta foi a nossa segunda vez lá. A primeira vez foi há cerca de 3 anos e tudo estava tão limpo e arrumado. Nossa experiência foi bem melhor, como um hotel 5 estrelas. A única coisa boa, as pessoas que trabalham neste lugar são tão amigáveis. Eles fazem o possível para te fazer feliz. Tão triste que os proprietários não mantenham este lugar como antes.

Tuve que cambiar de habitacion. La primera no tenia aire acondicionado, luego, me di cuenta que el Internet no funciona, un amargo comienzo, dificil conexion a Internet. El microondas no funciona.

Dirty, pillows are sooo old, no comforters on beds, just sheets, bathroom look nasty. This was our 2nd time there. First time was around 3 years ago and everything was so neat and clean. Our experience was a lot better, like a 5 star hotel. The only good thing, people that works in this place is so friendly. They try their best to make you happy. So sad that owners don't keep this place as before.

Todo estaba bien Buena atención limpieza .pero a la 7 pm reporte la alarma de humo pues la batería se había dañado me dijeron q la cambiaría ..tuve que aguantar la noche el sonido pues nunca vinieron es una falta de respeto y negligencia de la administración pues ni llamaron para pedir una disculpa o solucionar el problema ..

No me gusto la higiene y limpieza de la habitación, era pasado las 12 AM no tuve otra opción que quedarme.

No hacen una buena limpieza. El sanitario todo manchado. El aire acondicionado hace tanto ruido que no deja dormir. Ofrecen desayuno y sólo te dan café y jugo con la excusa del Covid y por eso no dan comida.

Pésimo servicio. Hize reservación un mes antes. Cuando llego al hotel mi reservación no aparecía y no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Por arte de magia apareció un cuarto luego de reclamarles. En la mañana en el desayuno la empleada del breakfast está preparándole waffles a todos los guest, dejando sin atender todo lo demás. Se había acabado el pan, el cornflakes, agua y leche. Ella nunca buscó más por este preparando waffles. Puso unos muffing fríos de la nevera. Horrible. Primera y última vez que me hospedo con ellos.

Bueno, relativo al precio excelente localización . Es un lugar solo para dormir, staff muy amable y servicial. Lo único que le doy cero es la limpieza, tienes que estar pendiente o no te cambian la ropa de cama.
