Uma equipe invadiu a sala que estava trancada com possivelmente uma chave mestra e disse que queria verificar se estava tudo bem. Não houve chamada ou batida de qualquer tipo. Muito baixa consideração pela privacidade. A comida demorou mais de uma hora para chegar. Bar foi ótimo. As instalações do quarto são geralmente até o padrão e a vista é espetacular.

Uma experiência diferente e acolhedora para a ilha. Piscina agradável com bar da piscina, um restaurante principal e 2 restaurantes de jantar um pouco caro, pois não há outras opções. A falta de praia foi um pouco de decepção. Precisa planejar outras atividades baseadas na ilha com antecedência, pois não está incluída na ilha, como esportes aquáticos, mergulho com snorkel, atividades culturais etc.Há apenas atividade de equitação nesta ilha para qualquer outra atividade que você tem que reservar e sair da ilha no início da manhã.Permita um tempo extra de viagem, pois os serviços muito lentos podem ser de +20 minutos.Esta ilha fica a 20min do aeroporto + permite mais 15min para atravessar o rio e apanhar o transporte.

Apreciamos o nosso tempo aqui ... O nosso quarto era ótimo, os funcionários são simpáticos. Serviço é tempo de Fiji, então definitivamente esperar que ... Eu diria que a piscina principal, restaurante da área do bar está ficando um pouco cansado e devido a uma reforma, possivelmente uma segunda piscina a ser adicionada em algum momento. A comida também era muito boa, mas um pouco cara, então comer fora pode ser um incômodo devido à proximidade. A estação Grace Service não muito longe tinha comida fantástica, então era uma alternativa melhor e mais barata para jantar inhouse. No geral, muito bom pelo preço que pagamos, se pagarmos o preço total, a revisão pode ser muito mais dura.

A falta de pessoal e o fato de estarmos passando por um ciclone no momento fizeram com que o serviço fosse muito lento. Quando a comida chegou foi fantástico. A equipe foi geralmente agradável e amigável, embora seu administrador pareça não poder receber nossos resultados de teste COVID. Os quartos eram agradáveis e limpos.

Enjoyed our time here... Our room was great, staff are friendly. Service is Fiji time so definitely expect that... I'd say the main pool, bar area restaurant is getting a little tired and due for a refurbishment, possibly a second pool to be added at some stage. Food was also pretty good but little expensive, so eating out can be a hassle due to proximity. The Grace Service station not far away had fantastic food, so was a better and cheap alternate to dinner inhouse. Overall pretty good for price we paid, if we paid full price the review might be a lot harsher.

Staff shortages and the fact that we were experiencing a cyclone at the time made for very slow service.When the food arrived it was fantastic.Staff were generally nice and friendly although their admin appears not to be able to receive our COVID test results.Rooms were nice and clean.

A staff barged in the room that was locked with possibly a master key and said she wanted to check of all was ok. There was no call or knock of any sort. Very low regard for privacy. Food took more than an hour to arrive. Bar was great. Room facilities are generally upto standard and view is spectacular.

Una experiencia diferente y acogedora en la isla. Bonita piscina con bar en la piscina, un restaurante principal y un restaurante para 2 cenas un poco caro ya que no hay otras opciones. La falta de playa fue un poco decepcionante. Es necesario planificar otras actividades basadas en la isla con anticipación, ya que no están incluidas en la isla, como deportes acuáticos, snorkeling, actividades culturales, etc.Solo hay actividad de equitación en esta isla para cualquier otra actividad, debe reservar y salir de la isla temprano en la mañana.Permita un tiempo de viaje adicional ya que los servicios son muy lentos y pueden ser de +20 minutos.Esta isla está a 20 minutos del aeropuerto + permita otros 15 minutos para cruzar el río y tomar el transporte.

A different and welcoming experience to the island. Nice pool with in pool bar , one main restaurant and 2 dinner restaurant bit overpriced as there are no other options. Lack of beach was bit of disappointment. Need to plan other Island based activities in advance as it is not included on the island such as any water sports, Snorkeling, cultural activities etc. There in only horse riding activity on this island for any other activity you have to book and step off the island early in the morning. Allow extra travel time as services as very slow may be +20 minutes. This island is 20min from the airport + allow another 15min to cross the river and catch transport.

Nada estava fora de questão para a equipe da DoubleTree! Além de acomodado!Um passeio de barco curto e panorâmico para levá-lo à Ilha Sonaisali o deixará tonto de emoção pelo fato de suas férias terem começado oficialmente. Os quartos são espaçosos, modernos e bonitos. Impecavelmente limpo! Maior atenção aos detalhes. A cama é super confortável. Recomende um dos Bures para a solidão romântica, mas todos os quartos são lindos - você não pode errar.

O quarto era adorável. Nós ficamos em um bure com vista para o mar, então havia espaço mais do que suficiente para mim e meu parceiro. Os funcionários são geralmente muito simpáticos e hospitaleiros. No entanto, o serviço foi extremamente lento e muito desorganizado. A equipe frequentemente esquecia um pedido. Não havia muita comunicação sobre atrasos, etc. A comida também era um tanto sem graça. Estava bom para nossa estadia obrigatória de 3 dias na chegada em Fiji, mas não recomendaria para férias mais longas. Em uma nota positiva. A massagem de 90 minutos que recebemos na praia foi uma das melhores que já tive!

¡Nada estaba fuera de discusión para el personal de DoubleTree! ¡Más que complaciente!Un corto y panorámico viaje en bote para llegar a la isla de Sonaisali lo dejará aturdido por la emoción de que sus vacaciones hayan comenzado oficialmente. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, modernas y hermosas. Impecablemente limpio! Máxima atención al detalle. La cama es súper cómoda. Recomiende uno de los Bures para la soledad romántica, pero cada habitación es hermosa, no puede equivocarse.

La habitación era preciosa. Nos alojamos en un bure con vista al mar, así que había espacio más que suficiente para mí y mi pareja. El personal es generalmente muy amable y hospitalario. Sin embargo, el servicio fue increíblemente lento y muy desorganizado. El personal a menudo olvidaba un pedido. No hubo mucha comunicación sobre retrasos, etc. La comida también era algo sosa. Estuvo bien para nuestra estadía obligatoria de 3 días al llegar a Fiji, pero no lo recomendaría para unas vacaciones más largas. Nothing was out of the question for the staff at DoubleTree! Beyond accommodating! A short, scenic boat ride to get you to Sonaisali Island will have you giddy with excitement that your holiday has officially started. Rooms are spacious, modern and beautiful. Impeccably clean! Highest attention to detail. Bed is super comfy. Recommend one of the Bures for romantic solitude, but every room is beautiful - you can't go wrong.

The room was lovely. We stayed in an ocean view bure so there was more than enough room for myself and my partner. The staff are generally very friendly and hospitable. However the service was incredibly slow and very unorganized. Staff would often forget an order. There wasn’t a lot of communication on delays etc. The food was also somewhat bland. Was fine for our mandatory 3 day stay upon arrival in Fiji but wouldn’t recommend for a longer vacation. On a positive note. The 90 min massage we got by the beach was one of the best I’d ever had!

Este é um bom lugar para descansar, muitas atividades dentro do resort, mas a maior decepção foi a comida. Tivemos ou refeições do hotel durante os primeiros 3 dias, os itens de padaria do café da manhã são velhos e difíceis de comer, escolhas muito limitadas (todos os itens do menu são repetidos, exceto 2 pratos), e sem sucos naturais. O pessoal é muito amigável, mas muito difícil entrar em contato com o serviço de limpeza ou serviço de quarto por telefone, então tínhamos que caminhar cerca de 3 minutos (dependendo de onde sua cabine estava localizada) até a recepção toda vez que precisávamos fazer algo.

This is a good place to have a rest, a lot of activities inside the resort but the biggest disappointment was the food. We had or meals from the hotel during the first 3 days, breakfast bakery items are old and hard to eat, very limited choices (all the menu items are repeating except 2 dishes), and no fresh juices. The staff is very friendly but very hard to contact the housekeeping or room service over the phone so we had to walk about 3min (Depending on where your cabin is located) to the reception every time we need something done.

Eu realmente aprecio os esforços da equipe da Double Tree, Sonaisali. Dados os efeitos da pandemia nos negócios e também na equipe, eles vieram e trabalharam juntos para garantir que realmente tivéssemos uma estadia agradável aqui. Acordar todas as manhãs com os rostos sorridentes de cada membro da equipe de diferentes departamentos que passamos para ir para a cama nos sentindo relaxados, eu mal posso culpar este lugar. Eu também adorei como eles tinham atividades para crianças e adultos e eu gostava de jogar bilhar e tênis de mesa em sua área de lazer. A única coisa que eu gostaria que eles tivessem era comida autêntica de Fiji em vez da culinária ocidental.Obrigado pelo ótimo serviço.

I really appreciate the efforts of the team at Double Tree, Sonaisali. Given the effects of the pandemic on the business and also the staff, they came and worked together to ensure we really had a lovely time here. Waking up every morning to the smiley faces of every staff member of different departments we passed to going to bed feeling relaxed, I can barely fault this place. I also loved how they had activities on for the kids and adults and I enjoyed playing pool and table tennis in their leisure area. The only thing I wish they had was authentic Fijian food instead of western cuisine. Thank you for the great service.

No es all inclusive a pesar de que lo venden como tal, no te dan bebidas salvo una hora x dia de 5 a 6 PM, la playa es fea, el agua es oscura y la arena tambien. No lo recomendaria.
