We were at Fort Arabesque in December for one week, we wish we could have stayed more! We stayed in Villa 4 and it was absolutely fantastic! The private heated pool (33°), where to relax after sunset, was a real privilege. Everything about our stay was perfect, staff was extremely friendly and responsive. Everyone is doing his best to satisfy every customer request. The cleaning staff always surprised us with nice towels decorations. The food was excellent with good variety of choices, especially in the Pavillion and Club 159. The resort is huge and beautiful, it has well-maintained gardens, a variety of pools, bars and facilities. The beach was the highlight: very spacious, the water was crystal clear with an abundance of coral branches and tropical fish. For those who love snorkeling is a real paradise! Definitely recommended to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable holiday! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Great place for vacation. Beautiful and well kept big garden with very elegant lighting. Staff very friendly and responsive, including management. We stayed in swim-up villas and enjoyed very much. Only thing we did not like was the marital bed, one huge mattress and one huge blanket. Villas seem to be planned only for couples. Management solved this with an extra bed, but this may not be a future proof solution. Hope to return some day.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. the reception and management teams were very helpful, the bar staff in the main lobby were very well presented, and proactively looking to assist guests, they were professional but after a few days of becoming "acquainted" we could have a joke with them. The swim up pool bar was manned by a very talented, and friendly young man who had a good knowledge of cocktails. We will call him M. M was very particular about the pool bar, the drinks had to be correct, and created in a timely fashion, he was always cheerful no matter how busy, and every evening we saw him scrub the entire bar meticulously which was good to see. I also saw the pools being cleaned at 3am, again a very reassuring sight. The main restaurant again was very clean, stocked, and the staff were very well presented, and helpful. there was a large range of good quality food and drinks. the pizzeria, again professional staff that went out of their way to assist you, although did did struggle when they were busy the food was of good quality and one of them made his own limoncello which was very nice. The beach bar was a busy place, but the service was good, as was the food. This bar served BBQ every day and I thoroughly enjoyed it Club 159 - my wife had her birthday meal here, an absolutely divine 5 course meal, and as it was my wife's birthday they laid on balloons, banners, a birthday cake, and notified the live act who got everyone in the packed restaurant to sing happy birthday, the team and the food were amazing. The arena had a variety of entertainment, something different each night. We stayed in a Premium room which were roomy, and very comfortable with full A/C which we made good use of. the room was cleaned daily and the room cleaning team also made a towel sculpture and laid roses around my wife's bed on her birthday The hotel had it's own sandy beach, and shallow sea which also included small pockets of reef. The reefs were full of a wide variety of fish which swam around us in large numbers - amazing. The grounds were exceptionally clean, the hotel had a garden team that were constantly watering and maintaining the beautiful foliage & flowers. The grounds were fantastic! If im ever in Hurghada again, i will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Perfect in every way: the building is beautiful, the location amazing, the staff very kind and helpful. Food at the buffer is very good and there's a lot of choice for vegetarian guests as well! (A thing I always struggle with, usually vegetarians are at the bottom of the list! But not here! 💚) I would also recommend trying the spa on site, I loved every single minute of it! I would definitely come back!

Lovely hotel with the best beach in makadi Bay. Best snorkeling. British were in the minority but the Germans demand high standard so that's not a bad thing. Good room good food. Take your own spirits with you tho. Beers OK.
