This place is one of the best in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be disappointed. The hotel was really nice and close to so many things. The beds were so soft like sleeping on clouds. Very very clean. Loved our stay.

This is by far the worst Sheraton we visited. It is outdated. I felt like I entered a prison. Elevators had graffiti scratched on it. Paint peeling off. Entered the floor and I felt like running the opposite direction. Gloomy, sad, outdated. Entered our room and it was just depressing. My daughter had to use the bathroom and the flush was broken. My husband called the front desk and they sent the security guard to fix the toilet 🤣. The security guard lifted the toilet back and advised my husband that if it happens again all he has to do is lift the back of the toilet cover and fix something in there. My husband said ummm no! I will not be putting my hands anywhere in the hotel toilet. I would do it in my house but not in a hotel! Security offered to change our room but it was so unbearable and we knew if we stayed our entire stay would go to hell. We asked to leave and chose not to stay here. We left ASAP! Didn’t even think twice. Had to go through the trouble of finding a much better hotel but it was SO worth it. Book at your own risk! Especially if you are coming with family.

Update - I'm changing my rating from 1 to 3 stats because I'm pleased with the outcome management provided. While I don't like that there were roaches, the other things about the hotel were good - location, view, some of the staff were very helpful and friendly. If they could truly get rid of the bugs, I might consider going there again. Finally check out day! NEVER EVER WILL I COME BACK HERE!!! ROACHES - not the big ones that are typical for southern states! I'm taking about the kind that will cause your house to become infested! Those small, nasty ROACHES! The kind that the health department will shut down a restaurant for if they have ROACHES! If the room we stayed in, which was right above the restaurant in the hotel, had ROACHES then I'm sure the restaurant itself had ROACHES as well! Then when I complained, because I was so grossed out and sick from it, the front desk staff didn't even seem to care! NEVER EVER WILL I COME BACK TO THIS HOTEL!!!!

Given some of the reviews on here I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. Its not perfect by any means, but I think you need to manage expectations to that of a property that costs

Room was very clean! The view was amazing! We watched the Ferris wheel and other rides light up in the evening from our room. The hotel is a little dated through common areas, like the hallways and elevator but overall it was a great value. It was a little noisy in the evening, as we could hear the cars, music and people outside. But otherwise we had a great time here.

Very nice rooms. Poor prices no breakfast at all. Ac controller in the wall works as a hot in miss in Florida please visit only when extremely cold outside. This way no need for you to use their ac. Poor parking. Loud guests and party people did not let me sleep. When ask morning guest service front desk I was told at least free coffee Will help me with my lack of sleep. Please save your money try another hotel. I will have more post for this one also because I stay a few different times. Please save your money and tell me a detailed story so I may share more for others to save money when money is hard to earn. Due to current market conditions.

Was there to go to Universal. Had originally booked at a different hotel. Was there 10 minutes and left it was horrible. This place on the other hand, was cheaper and amazing. Very nice front desk staff. They always acknowledged you when you walked by, the room was clean, there are shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the shower. Microwave and fridge, coffee maker, nice big smart TV. Pool was nice but didnt use it. Wish the lounges stayed open pasted 10pm. Oh and I forgot my toothbrush and they had toothbrushes on request. Will Definately stay here again

Great Hotel, excellent attention from the Front Desk Girl, very polite even at late hours , very clean room with amazing views to the city from the 20th floor. Great location, convenience free parking, Great price and super easy booking experience. Will stay here again , I recommend it.

Spectacular view! Breath taking! Rooms are big enough, clean and well equipped. Just wish my bed was right next to the window to enjoy the view some more.

The hotel is very nice and close to universal. Also the staff was very helpful. Ed, Steven, & Micheal helped me with some school work even though they didnt have to. Very sweet men.

Thank you all so much for making this experience for me and my girlfriend wonderful. Each and every receptionist and worker where very nice to us and we appreciated that. We loved the view on the 20th floor it was so beautiful. It was really close to Universal so that was awesome and even had a shuttle there as well. Once again i cant thank you enough for our first visit. We will most certainly be back soon!!!!
