Ficamos lá por 2 dias como parte do pacote de quarentena. Chegamos às 13h e solicitamos um almoço vegetariano, que inicialmente eles recusaram depois de solicitar que dessem uma pequena quantidade de macarrão para minha família e, em seguida, no jantar, após várias ligações e promessas, serviram o jantar com 1 hora de atraso.Eu recomendaria a todos nunca escolher este hotel a qualquer custo. Muito mau serviço não há nada como o atendimento ao cliente.

Nos alojamos allí durante 2 días como parte del paquete de cuarentena. Llegamos a la 1 pm y solicitamos un almuerzo vegetariano que inicialmente se negaron después de solicitar que le dieran una pequeña cantidad de pasta para mi familia y luego en la cena después de varias llamadas y prometieron que sirvieron la cena 1 hora tarde.Recomendaría a todo el mundo que nunca elija este hotel a toda costa. Muy mal servicio, no hay nada como la atención al cliente.

We stayed there for 2 days as part of quarantine package. We reached 1pm and requested for vegetarian lunch which initially they refused after requesting they gave small quantity of pasta for my family and then in dinner after several calls and promises they served the dinner 1 hour late.I would recommend everyone never choose this hotel at any cost. Very bad service there is nothing like customer care.

National Day Dinner Buffet & Fireworks:1. We made booking 2 days in advance but when we arrived there, it had been given to someone else. In emergency they arranged emergency extra table and very uncomfortable chairs in a tight space. 2. Parking in basement too tight and full of filthy smell (kids had nearly vomited).3. Roof top buffet: Cold bar b q and rest of the food (only 2 main course items). Poor quality food . No value for money at All . They charge 200 per head but it deserves max 50/head.4. Fireworks: Not recommended at all to view the fireworks. Don’t be deceived by the pictures on the website or net. It’s crowded and very poor view. Literally have to stand on the chairs & dinning table to view part of it. Not worth at all wasting your money. There are better options available in the town and less pricey.Worst ever experience for everything: parking, quality of food, ambience and poorly viewed fireworks.Will never go there again.

We checked in this hotel as a quarantine facility and it was in hindsight a mistake and I would not recommend this hotel for the following reasons:Firstly, my towel and sheets had holes in them which they initially refused to change (refer to picture). This was only later rectified after getting through to management.The food option in the attached image is the vegetarian breakfast which was cold, sitting in excess water, and was hard to stomach. This vegetarian option only arrived after I had to complain about being served meat as a vegetarian.There was no hot water in the shower when we arrived. After calling them they came and fixed it.My initial calls for all the above issues were met with resistance. However, after finally getting through to the manager the above problems were eventually rectified - albeit towards only the end of my stay.On a positive note, I found the general staff (cleaners, receptionists, etc.) to be very friendly and helpful. Additionally the amenities in the room are useful and of good quality such as the tv, microwave, ironing board, etc.Overall I feel as if my experience would be summed by this: an aesthetically pleasing hotel with all the right service, amenities and nice rooms which was ruined by the lack of care during my stay.There is potential but based on this last trip, it is clear that there are better hotels in Doha and therefore I would not recommend Fraser Suites.There were many other issues such as not bringing food that we ordered and paid for after hours. No hot water WHATSOEVER throughout our stay.*** UPDATE:On my final day, after being served bacon and sausage when I asked for vegetarian (as has happened for every single meal), The eventually replaced my meal. However, the restaurant refused to serve me lunch(which was prepaid) as they said I had already been served. Never have I ever experienced a hotel that REFUSES to serve it guests who have already paid. They restaurant kept hanging up my calls. The food service is terrible and insulting....

Stay in Fraser Suites, Doha was Wonderful. The rooms were big and spacious. There was a separate Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen. We had stayed here for 2 Nights as a Part of Hotel Quarantine. The room service was good. Everything was perfect. Washroom/ Restroom was clean. Overall it was a Nice Experience staying here.

Fiquei aqui em quarentena por dois dias. Surpreendentemente, sem espera na chegada ao hotel, fui direto para o quarto! Os quartos eram bem conservados, muito espaçosos e confortáveis, com todas as comodidades. Pessoal muito útil, educado e amigável. Fico feliz em ver o menu vegetariano indiano puro para café da manhã, almoço e jantar, que não está disponível em outros hotéis. Realmente gostei da estadia.

Stayed here under Quarantine for two days. Surprisingly, no waiting on arrival at hotel, went directly to the room! The rooms were well maintained, very spacious and comfortable with all amenities. Very helpful, polite and customer friendly staff. Happy to see the pure Indian vegetarian menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is not available in other hotels. Really enjoyed the stay.

Room is very excellent with all amenities.Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and hygiene is considered very seriously. But for quarantine personnel food service and quality is poor. Suggested to get the menu choice and servicing time from the guest for total stay (two days) and provided the food what they like. This will give you quantity to be prepared. Restaurant team spoiled my stay as well as they are spoiling the image of the hotel.

One of the best hotel experience in a long time. The rooms were clean and tidy. Thank you to the amazing staff who were so helpful and friendly. Specially to Emane for taking good care of us and helping me make my mother’s birthday experience special! I highly recommend Fraser Suite. We hope to book there again in the near future.

My family quarantined in this hotel for 10 days and the quality of service, food and the overall experience met our expectations. The hotel staff including the security, room service and the reception were very courteous and kind. The deluxe room provided was very spacious with all basic amenities for quarantine.Special regards to Mr. Mohmmed and his supervisor Ms. Iryna, who stepped up and supported resolving an issue with the Qatar holidays booking. It feels so great spending my 7days here in Fraser Suites, when I came back here in Doha after my vacation. Such a very nice place, clean and I feel so safe. Foods are deliciously - well served. Staffs are so accommodating and caring (I felt so much especially I am pregnant) Kind and prompt assistance, always well done. 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
