Beautiful garden, beautiful beach, great service at the main pool bar. The room has some shortcomings as well as the hotel itself. It lacks to those 5 stars. For an Arab hotel it's hard to label it even has four stars, but the friendly staff and beautiful views offset the small inconveniences. If one expects luxuries this is not the hotel. However, the price/quality ratio is proportional.

Very upset and very bad experience, not worth it. We arrived at 7am from Czech Republic after long flight and almost 2-hour transfer from the airport totally tired and hungry. Receptionist told us that our room will be prepared at 12am and all inclusive at 10am, so we had to leave our baggage at the reception and went to the beach, also there is no wifi and it is very expensive (5€ per hour). Finally we got our room which was unbelievably far from the reception, completely tired and hungry i got almost heart attack when i decided to take a shower, the room itsfelf was cleaned pretty good, but in the shower there was seriously a lot of mess and a lot of hairs from other people.. The staff here is not proffesional and not organized also the restaurants are weirdly organized and you dont even know where the food is. The only thing nice here is the sea.. I will never come here again and i definetely dont recommend this to people who just want to relax, you will need to solve even more problems than in work..

The hotel has a very good view.alot of flowers; many swimming pools and very beautiful beach ; very delicious food at resturant ; the workers are very friendly but 2 things I didnot like. First one how hotel without telephone All telephones in all rooms are not working so if I want to ask about any thing or something spoiled in my room ; I must go to reception by myself. Second thing the television is very small size with very low sound volume ; no shampoo and shower gel in rooms and not enough water ; only 2 small water bottles for each room for all the day. I hope these small things be fixed as soon as possible and in my next visit I hope to see the hotel more perfect and more amazing. Thanks.

A little further from the airport, but that's okay. Cove (no jetty) if you swim further - beautiful snorkeling. The hotel is clean, well maintained, safe. The services are at a very good level. The kitchen is absolutely top.

The hotel is subpar even by Egyptian standards. The good: - Sea. Great for snorkelling, you will see lots of underwater life. There are lots of rays, clown fish, lionfish, moray and of course turtles. - Cleanliness. The rooms are dated but generally clean. The bad: - Food. Salads and pasta are OK, everything else is just meh. - Drinks. Coffee is very bad, “cocktails” are insult. Drink water or beer. - Service. You don’t get any and maybe it’s better for you. - Sunbeds. If you don’t wake up at 6AM you don’t get any near the pool. Give up and go to the sea :) - Plastics. Everything is served in tiny single use plastic cups creating heaps of waste everywhere. - Wifi. It’s quite expensive (10 EUR per day). Buy a SIM card at the airport if you can. Tips: - For lunch or dinner try the restaurant in the hotel on the right (Gardenia). Food and service is slightly better. - Kids will love the aqua park. - The pool in the next hotel is less frequented so better chance to catch a sunbed there and the pool bar is less crowded.
