Lugar fantástico, com muito entretenimento para as crianças e também adultos, piscinas gigantes e águas quentinhas que parece até de chuveiro uma delícia. Vários restaurantes tanto dentro do resort quanto na beira da Praia e com muita variedade de comida e de frutas, bebidas todas inclusas e uma seleção para quem curte. Wifi pegou normalmente no lobby, para ter nos quartos paga uma taxa de 9 dólares o dia o que não vale a pena já que a graça é curtir o lugar e jao2 se engiar no celular. Hiper recomendo para Família com crianças e até mesmo para adultos solteiros ou casais pois há acomodações somente para adultos. Vivi um sonho nos 5 dias que passei por lá, fomos em 3 adultos e um bebê de 1 ano. Fez sol durante 4 dias e no último dia começou a chover muito mas por pouco tempo mas o sol não abriu ficou apenas o mormaço.

O Júlio da animacion es fantástico espetacular. Tem muchas energia alegria trabalha mucho. Deve ser promovido a líder. É mucho carinhoso. Mucho simpático. É fundamental para a animacion do Hotel.. Sem ele
não seria bom. Juan também é Muito bom. Beijinhos de Portugal para eles e também para o José. O Júlio é o Melhor.

Boas condições e hotel bom em geral. Só têm wifi grátis no lobby. Senti que de todo o resort este é o hotel mais fraco, não podendo usufruir de coisas que hóspedes dos outros hotéis do resort podem.

Sou cliente dos HBP desde 2004 quando vim a 1vez a R.Dom. gostei tanto que voltei 8anos seguidos... Este ano resolvi voltar...que diferença... Acabou o chek in no autocarro, acabou o baile e o cocktail de bemvinidos, acabam as chávenas para o café expresso, a animação tem sido uma pobreza, os quartos são iguais e com a mesma mobilia de a 9anos, a limpeza geral já não é a mesma...o restaurante do Turquesa é fraco... Mas em compensação temos vendedores a cada 5minutos a tentarem impingir tudo e mais alguma coisa. Enfim...passou a ser um centro comercial. NãoVolvere...😢

Indico o Bahia Turquesa por que foi uma dasminhas melhores férias. Estive na minha lua de mel no Bavaro, gostei tanto que resolvemos voltar novamente sóque desta vez voltamos com nossas três filhas para o Bahia Turquesa um hotel voltado para familia, ótimo para quem vem com criança. A praia élinda, o staff em geralforam espetcularescom uma energia radiante. Na parte da comida gostei, tinham uma boa oferta, um hotel super limpo e nosso quarto era bem aconchegante. Obrigada por esses 7 dias maravilhosos!!!!!

Adorei foram 10 dias muito bem passados muito acolhedor as praias maravilhosas as piscinas comida podes comer até rebentar , sítio para Quem quer relaxar e não se preocupar com nada , só não dou 5 estrelas por 2 coisas1 os lençóis cheiravam mal , quando dobram a roupa ainda molhada fica com aquele cheiro nem preciso explicar ( pode ser da humidade) 2 nos pagamos um serviço com tudo incluído mas os funcionários estão sempre a pedir grojeta e não largam o pé em quanto não deres é horrível acaba por ser muito aborrecido porque é constantemente, tentam sugar ao máximo

Estive aí em maio 2018.seria a viajem dos meus sonhos!!mais não foi!! Lugar maravilhoso,comida excelente, porém,passei por momentomuito constrangedor logo na chegada. Perdemos o voo de conexão em Lima (Peru),ao chegar no hotel com um dia de atraso,fui informada pelo atendente,que minha reservahavia sido cancelada. Imagina o pânico que me deu? Enfim, fiquei por volta de 3horas vhorchor na recepção,com fome, apavorada,os pernilongos quase me comendo...e nada de reslvres. O atendente queria que eu pagasse a estadia pra poder ir pro quarto e eu dizia q não tinha dólares...e sim que eu tinha uma reserva. Depois de muito chorar e reclamar de gome,fomo f levados ao restaurante. ..comida boa... porém a essa altura eu já estava com dor deCabeça de tanto chorar. Depois de passar por dois funcionários, resolvi ptoprocu um terceiro,que em questão de 3minutos encontrou minha reserva!! Endim,fomos pro quarto,cheirava mofonão tinha tomadas suficientes, banheira nan escoava bem. Pedi pra trocar de apartamento...noscolocaram num bem melhor....de frente pra piscina.. Questionei então,se seria possível prolongar em 1dia a estadia,o que todos que estavam no mesmo voo conseguiram pagando uma taxa simbólica em seus hoteis....enfim... Perdi a diaria.perdi um dia chorando...e não tive nem como reclamar,poi p não ha no Brasil quem responda por esse hotel. Resumo...em breve pretendo voltar a Punta cana... mais não quero passar nem perto deste lugar!!.. Falha na comunicação interpessoal me fez passar a maior humilhação da minha vida,jaque os outros que estavam na recepçãonan entendam nada.

I would start by saying that we did a reservation thru Expedia and at first one of our rooms where canceled for no reason, then we decided to re do the reservation witch was acceptable for us to do, Then we show up to the resort after a 3 hour ride from the capital at 8pm, we where a group of 6 adults with 3 kids, my wife made the reservation under her name and at no point they mentioned that we needed our passport to go in to the place, after speaking to the director of the place witch he never care that we where in a curfew very enforce by the Dominican government due to covid, we where force to stay at a local hotel so we wouldn't get in trouble driving back under a curfew they are lucky to get a star.......

The resort itself was clean and the beach was nice, but the food overall was awful, with the exception of the smoothies and fresh omelets in the morning. Don't even bother with the restaurants. They act like they are fancy and require reservations, but it is worse than airplane food. The Italian restaurant is definitely the worst. I didn't know it was possible to mess up italian so bad until I stayed here. The desserts are like those weird tasting desserts at Chinese Buffets that nobody touches. I tried to stay positive and focus on the beauty of the beach, but having no good food options is so frustrating. I also don't recommend leaving the resort as there were people with machine guns riding around on motorcycles as we drove from the airport. The employee at the omelet station was trying to hit on me and trying to get me to put my phone number on a napkin while I waited for him to make my omelet, which made me very uncomfortable as a guest. Just overall don't recommend visiting here.

Fue una excursión bonita pero le doy 4 estrellas ya que el parque acuático que tienen para los niños solo lo abren los fines de semana y cuando llegue con mi familia se pusieron tristes al no poder hacer uso de ello.

Verifiquem sempre as letrinhas pequenas onde diz que você precisa levar o cartão físico que fez a reserva , sem ele você passa por um sufuco...então não perca seu cartão..não seja roubado..não compre com cartão virtual.. Pois este hotel requer esta grande estupidez....

The staff members was rude, even down to the management this is not how you run a business. I will never return and waste my money. Your need to learn how to treat guess and make them feel welcome this place was not it.

I never write negative reviews but unfortunately I feel obligated to inform others who may want to stay at this resort. We were locked out of our room multiple times a day Because there was some kind of issue with the door lock. Not only was it nearly impossible to speak with someone who understood our issue but the treatment I received by most of the front desk and concierge staff was disrespectful and I honestly feel as though I was discriminated against.There were some pros: The beach was beautiful and service was great. The server promptly provided drinks right to my beach chair and was very friendly. The hotel room was very clean and our housekeeper was nice enough to unlock the door for us since our keys didn’t work. The fruit buffet was beautifully presented and all of the buffet/restaurant staff were friendly and professional.

Employees had bad customer service skills from the front desk to the lady that reserve tables for the restaurant, the bar and by the way we speak perfect Spanish. We was very disappointed with the service and the treatment I will recomend better training and better communication skills is much needed. I will ask a question and and they will not know or tell me to look at the map. We asked to talk to a high rank manager and they refuse to assist us with your request. I have to say the restaurant experience was great the only thing good I have to say about the place.

What an amazing place, on holiday here at the moment and everything is superb. Staff friendly and can’t do any more for you, food is amazing and the selection to choose from is outstanding. There is loads to do, entertainment, water park, high ropes, several pools/bars/ice skating and amazing excursions. The hotel is so clean. In fact it’s spotless. There are Always sun beds free and no queues for things. Beautiful surroundings. It’s paradise. It’s extremely safe and I like it much better than the sister hotels bravaro and Punta Cana as it’s more personal and friendly. My daughter hurt her foot at the pool and within seconds the lifeguard was there helping her, they have checked on her every day to see how she is. Taxis to the mall are also free so you can explore the surrounding areas. Could not wish for a more magical dream like place and holiday. It’s way more than we expected and worth every penny. I’ll be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff is helpful and very nice, the entertainment team is always coming up with fun activities (super juan was amazing). The rooms are spacious, the buffet is very generous and the pools are very clean.

Great week with kids. Lots activities for kids like waterpark, hanging ropes town, mini golf, etc. Mini disco every evening with the great team of animators. Several swimming pools with music and volleyball net, the beach had some weeds but being cleaned several times a day. Water activities on the beach like banana boat, etc. The food variety is very good, the room is big and has everything you need, my kids (8 and 10) loved it and begging me to come to that same place next year (even started saving money to pay for the room!)

We were a group of 22 people from P.R. Celebrating our gathering after 40 years. It was an amazing experience, mostly because of the people caring for us, bell boys, bar tenders, waiters/waitresses, front desk, room maids, it was an array of happiness every single day because of the staff. Thank you all, you were and you are the best of the best. If you miss this place you miss a lot.

I was in Bahia Principe Turquesa with my two kids, and it was a great experience for them. The hotel needs some maintenance, it has some fixed that looks like a quick workaround. In general the hotel is good for the price, but if we talk about Bahia Principe and its marketing, we hope more than we get (me at least). BEST: Entertainment people, they are awesome!. Water park for kids, It should had some slides for teens guys, is just for little ones... WORSE: old loungers and poor shades. Thematic restaurants needs to improve the quality to consider it as "Thematic Restaurant".

This is a really nice resort and very well maintained and well run.The Grand Bahia Principe actually is a huge resort which is split into 5 or 6 subsections given names like Turquesa, Blue, Green, etc.Because it is so big, there are small purpose built shuttles which act like a bus system to move people from one end to the other.The system is very efficient and easy to use.They leverage their large size to be able to provide some impressive facilities.One drawback is that their beach section is busy, however we were always able to find chairs.The beach is also well groomed.
