Hotel antigo com café da manhã ruim. A única coisa que pode justificar o preço absurdo é a localização!

Muuuuito bom. A linha de hotéis Hampton Inn já é bom, todavia esse de Manhattan é especial. Tem um atendimento excelente, um café da manhã sensacional e uma localização fantástica!! A única coisa que achamos ruim foi a "superlotação" do ambiente do café da manhã. Íamos tomar café por cerca das 9h / 9h30 e, após passar muito tempo na fila da comida,sempre tínhamos que ficar esperando uma mesa ser liberada... Contudo, os pontos positivos com certeza pesaram mais. O hotel é muito muito muito bom. Não vejo a hora de me hospedar de novo nele.

Hotel muito confortável em todos os sentidos localização, acomodações silencioso, café da manhã bom,sem falar em internet que de anos que viajo é o 1o hotel que o Wi-Fi funciona no quarto. Voltaria muitas vezes aí.

O hotel é até bem confortável, mas tem um café da manhã razoável..mas atendeu. O triste, muito triste foi que cobraram uma taxa extra em nosso cartão de crédito de 250 dólares após sairmos e chegar no Brasil, alegando que fumamos no quarto...acreditam??? Ligamos, informamos que isso não foi feito...que nem somos.fumantes. mas eles insistiram na desonestidade....triste

Hotel agradavel!! Front desk muito atencioso. Quartos limpos.Cafe da manha tipico americano. Mas o hotel precisa de uma remodelada. A tarde como sempre tem cookies quentinhos pra quem chega da rua e tambem tem sempre cha e cafe. Pedimos quarto para os fundos. Mas atençao... os quartos com final 21 tem o barulho do elevador. Bom... melhor q o barulho da rua.

Esse hotel é ótimo, bem localizado, apartamentos limpos e aconchegantes e café da manhã, além disso, dispõe de um serviço 24h de bebidas quentes não alcoólicas aos hóspedes!

Loyal Hilton Diamond member here who just stayed 4-nights at this property in NYC for a short family vacation (2 adults and a 12 yr old). We chose this property because it's the only Hilton in our price range that had double queen sized beds (most were doubles) and the location looked to be perfect. The room was great, housekeeping did a great job every day, the front desk staff was great (shout out to the two guys that checked our bags in/out on our last day) and the location was spot on. The 50th Street subway stop was just down the street, there's a Dunkin Donuts across the street for your morning coffee fix (and maybe a donut or two) and a nice (but a bit pricey) small grocery store a block south. Couldn't be happier with the location and our stay!

La ubicación es excelente, tiene a Times Square muy cerca y también una estación de metro. El servicio es excelente. El desayuno de cortesía es bueno. El precio es excelente. La comodidad de la habitación es excelente para lo que estás pagando. Sí recomiendo quedarse en este hotel.

The location is great — right in Midtown and a couple of blocks off of Times Square. The rooms are typically small (common in Manhattan) and not very nice or comfortable. But the staff was really helpful (though we did have to wait a while to check-in). Breakfast is normal for a Hampton Inn — adequate but nothing to write home about.

Staff can do MUCH better! Was very disappointed with the staff registration. I've stayed at Hilton many times for both business and leisure, sometimes for months at a time, and there were not welcoming here. The hot breakfast should be avoided at all costs. Much better local eats to be had but was hoping for a quick bite before heading to JFK. Beds were reasonably comfortable and housekeeping was friendly and hardworking. They'd see us leave and immediately clean our room because it was done when we'd come back from breakfast. The room is a bit worn and the bathtub was backing up so you'd stand in inches of shower water when you bathed. If you have a guest authorized on your account and they get there before you do, despite specific instructions to use the longstanding card on file, they will still request your guest's credit card. If I have an authorized guest, I get that I'm taking responsibility for the room and charges and then they were snotty about changing my credit card back so the correct one would be charged. Not my usual experience with Hilton but I'll know to avoid this one in the future.

Great 3-star hotel conveniently located off Times Square makes a NYC vacation very enjoyable. We stayed for 4 nights in mid October 2021. Price point made it a better option than staying in NJ. Location is just a short drive from the Lincoln Tunnel. This is a clean, updated hotel with a full breakfast offered. Must show proof of vaccination to enter breakfast. Room was cleaned each night. Staff are very helpful in answering questions. Parking attendants were courteous and took good car of the car, though texting ahead when leaving didn't get my car faster. Only took 10 minutes, though. Only "complaint" is that with only two elevators it's hard to get a ride down during the morning tourist rush around 9 am. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good value for money, but there was a big problem. We have stayed here many times and always enjoy the property. This visit, we were appalled that the mask mandate was not being enforced in any way. Not only were many guests not masked, but much of the staff was walking around unmasked, including the housekeeping staff who were going in and out of guest rooms. We felt very unsafe which is a terrible feeling in the difficult time we are living through.

This is a downgrade from a Hilton. Great location and a place to lay your head. Breakfast did not have very many options to take back to your room to eat safely without masks. The service was at times not friendly or paying attention. As a Hilton member, do not expect any perks.

The location was perfect, just a comfortable walking distance away from Times Square and Broadway. I chose this hotel because it was only a few blocks from the theater we were attending and the rate seemed reasonable. We also wanted a hotel that had it's own parking garage. It was very easy to get to- not very much city driving which was a plus. You do get what you pay for, which will include some water damaged ceilings and walls in the hallways, peeling wallpaper and cracked bathroom tile, but you probably aren't spending that much time in the hotel anyway. The room was still nice enough to suffice. Breakfast was included, but the cafeteria space was so crowded that we didn't feel comfortable. I would highly recommend walking a block or two down to Pick A Bagel for breakfast instead.

We’re halfway through our stay here and considering moving to another hotel. We have yet to get a good night’s sleep. The walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING in all directions: from rooms next door, in the hall, above and below. Talking voices, running water, flushing toilets, TVs, screaming partiers at midnight. The bed itself is fairly comfortable, but the pillows are awful and the sheets are like sandpaper. It’s October and even with the AC constantly on the room feels oddly damp. Also the thermostat can only be adjusted between 65-69°. If you’re attracted to the low low price of this hotel and can deal with those issues, you’ll be rewarded because the best thing about this hotel is the location. Close to Central Park, near all the Broadway theaters, and right on a subway line. The hotel is in decent shape, there’s definitely signs of wear in the rooms, but they’re a good size for a cheap NYC hotel. However, the bathrooms are tiny. We haven’t had the hotel’s breakfast because it seems crowded every morning and there are so many good options in the city. We haven’t had much interaction with staff since check in, but they seemed pleasant. Housekeeping has been by daily and things are kept tidy.

Very convenient location with great access to Time Square, Columbus Circle, Central park, Broadway, etc. Price was very reasonable and I was happy to see Queen size beds instead of full size. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A couple negatives: carpets needs to be replaced (bring slippers) and the bathroom needs an overhaul. This would then get 5 stars.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any resort. They compare countless booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you won't be disappointed. Perfect location for our weekend in NYC. Close to some wonderful restaurants and 54 Below! The reception and bell staff were always helpful, pleasant, and efficient. Love this hotel, and location!

Es un hotel que queda a tres cuadras del Time Square a media cuadra tienen las la estación del metro Hay varios restaurantes y tiendas queda a 4 cuadras del Central Park es un hotel muy central el hotel está compuesto de 12 pisos muy buena atención uno puede guardar las maletas antes del cheque aunque las instalaciones son un poco antiguas la habitación le entregaron limpia yo me quedé en una habitación con 2 camas dobles un sofá televisor plancha secador baño con tina siempre cambiaron y tendieron la cama toallas limpias a diario arreglaron la habitación desayuno incluido normalmente eran waffles yogurt cereal fruta tostadas con mantequilla y mermelada huevos salchichas jugo de naranja leche entre otros café siempre hay en la recepción todas las personas del Hotel muy amable

Cuartos limpios ,cama cómoda,desayuno básico puedes llevar el desayuno al cuarto ,al costado tienes cochera pero tienes que pagar por noche.

Hotel viejo y mal encarado. La habitación muy limpia, quizás fue la mejor parte de mi estadía. La cafetería muy llena a la hora del desayuno, cero control de aforo.Desayuno regular.

Buen servicio de los empleados. Pero en el desayuno no hay jugos por que la máquina está dañada. Deben mejorar la calidad y variedad del bufett de desayuno.

Hotel muito bem localizado, bem proximo a Times Square e outras atrações.É possivel passear por toda a região a pé.Os funcionários são educados e prestativos.O quarto que fiquei foi o 1806 e era espaçoso e acomodou bem 4 pessoas e malas. No lobby do hotel encontramos café, chocolate, chas e agua gelada.Tudo como cortesia. Isso é muito bom, para quem chega cansado do passeio e poder saborear uma bebida bem quentinha.Algumas noites fomos surpreendidas com cookies !Delicia!
