We stayed for 3 nights and it wasn’t enjoyable, I would not return nor recommend this hotel. Firstly, the hotel is super hard to find as they have ripped up what I have been told is a beautiful garden. It is literally all dirt and huge trucks everywhere and every person you ask for directions seems confident about the directions they give you, then you need to ask another 3 people, who also seem confident, before you can locate the hotel. On the last day, we found out that there is a shuttle service that takes you to the main road yet they didn’t tell us. In fact, they didn’t tell us anything upon check in. Secondly, the staff are super unwelcoming and have poor communication skills. They whisper when they talk to you and when you ask them to clarify, they look at you blankly. I asked for skim milk for my coffee in Arabic and in English and they looked at me like I was asking them for something illegal. We sat down at their “terrace” and it took the waitstaff at least 15-20 mins to even give us any attention or a menu to look at. You walk into the lobby and it looks super nice & chic but when you get to the room, the bathrooms need some work as they are quite old. We used the pool one day and everyone that worked there literally stared at us all day like we were doing something wrong. It made us so uncomfortable. We are from Australia so we wear normal swimming costumes - this is not unusual & this is a hotel so we didn’t understand the issue & why everyone was staring. I would avoid this hotel at all costs.

Disappointing customer service!!! … For the money you pay here you’d expect better. We had to wait over four hours for our rooms. During these four hours they kept promising that it will be ready in five minutes

The location is great .the reception staff are the best , they are very polite and helpful. The hotel location is very unique . Even if there is noise from construction site which is very annoying But what I hated the most was the restraunt .the worst kitchen . The buffet is very bad . Also when you order is worst . The food is very very bad . More than you can imagine !!! I found a hair in the pasta . Also it was so expensive and it arrives too late . The chicken plate has no vegetables. Moreover it is very expensive . The solution is easy . Go eat at zannilis next to the hotel . The restarunt location is in the next beach . You can go walking to there .

It’s not recommended at all , unprofessional , insufficient staff to serve guests , I’ll list points to be considered incase they want to improve: - They accepted drunk gulf visitor to access beach although me and front office girl employee reported that to manager but he accepted ( visitor not guest) - I asked for hotel services tour or information, they told me sure wait for 5 min but I waited for 15 min and no free employee. - Elevators are old and hanging also external elevator leds are not working, also sensors are not working and hit us many times. - I asked for hair conditioner they said first it’s in shampoo and when I complained , they said conditioner only for sweets not for rooms !!!!! - Restaurant has no WC and you have to go to lobby WC or bar WC which was very dirty and bad smell. - Staff are not well trained to deal in 5 stars hotel at all and language was local. - No response from room to house keeping nor front desk and I requested iron , it took 2 days to come. - Service in beach was very bad and local. Also beach is shared between hotel and casino connected to hotel , no privacy for hotel guests. - Break fast contents are amazing but I faced bad service from waiters then manager fixed it and second day service was great. - Rooms are average but furniture is old. - I asked for receipt during checkout (after waiting as only one was in reception) they said printer is out of papers !!! - Everyone in hotel is requesting tips in local way.

Regardless of the low quality of cleanliness and professionalism. My wife checked in the hotel Aug 9. She accessed the main restaurant for lunch. On the door, she declared her room number and pulled a plate. Out of no where someone arise to tell her that the buffet costs EGP 500 per person. What a disrespect to a guest!! Anyway, my wife accepted and was about to eat, but she complained about that the low variety of food to find that the resturant manager telling her in a disrespectful manner “No problem, leave the plate and go to the a la cart بسيطة سيبي الطبق واطلبي “ and started to talk aggressively!! It was a shock to my wife!! A worker from the resturant noticed the bad attitude and started to apologize on behalf of his manager, however, the manager rejected to apologize!!!! The issue has been escalated to the hotel management, but nothing happened. We escalated it to the tourism police and ended up by leaving the hotel the next day. You should train your staff prior accepting guests! You should improve your quality if you are keen about your business!
