The resort had such good reviews and for the price point was very much looking forward to our 7 nights stay but having been lucky enough to stay in many places in Asia at significantly lower cost, we were disappointed by the service at Le Telfair, our bedroom was pretty ordinary with a shower and toilet that didn't work and didn't get fixed properly throughout our stay and the cocktail list very limited and uninspiring on the gourmet bliss package.On the plus side, the golf course was great. O resort teve ótimas críticas e, pelo preço, estava ansioso por nossas 7 noites de estadia, mas, tendo tido a sorte de ficar em muitos lugares da Ásia a um custo significativamente mais baixo, ficamos desapontados com o serviço no Le Telfair, nosso quarto era bastante comum, com chuveiro e vaso sanitário que não funcionavam e não eram consertados adequadamente durante a nossa estadia e a lista de coquetéis muito limitada e pouco inspiradora no pacote de felicidade gourmet. Do lado positivo, o campo de golfe foi ótimo.

My husband and I spent the weekend at Heritage Le Telfair resort on the Gourmet Bliss package and we highly recommend it. The staff was very warm, polite and amiable. There was a wide variety of food on offer- especially the seafood! We enjoyed the initiation to golf course, the vitality pool at the wellness spa, and the stand-up paddle experience. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to do the complimentary photoshoot session. The room was very comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities and the mini bar too :) Meu marido e eu passamos o fim de semana no resort Heritage Le Telfair no pacote Gourmet Bliss e é altamente recomendável. A equipe foi muito calorosa, educada e amável. Havia uma grande variedade de comida em oferta - especialmente frutos do mar! Aproveitamos a iniciação ao campo de golfe, a piscina de vitalidade no spa de bem-estar e a experiência de stand-up paddle. Infelizmente, não tivemos tempo de fazer a sessão de fotos gratuita. O quarto era muito confortável. Nós apreciamos as comodidades e o mini-bar também :)

Our stay at the Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort was beyond amazing. The hotel area is beautiful and impresses with astonishing architecture. The pools (one heated) are fantastic, and the beach with its numerous palm trees is the perfect place to spend your relaxing holiday next to the Indian Ocean. Thanks to the friendly staff who treated us like king and queen. Food, drinks and service are outstanding. We will be back. Nossa estadia no Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort foi incrível. A área do hotel é linda e impressiona pela arquitetura surpreendente. As piscinas (uma aquecida) são fantásticas, e a praia com as suas inúmeras palmeiras é o local perfeito para passar umas férias relaxantes junto ao Oceano Índico. Obrigado à simpática equipa que nos tratou como rei e rainha. Alimentos, bebidas e serviço são excelentes. Nós voltaremos.

Best food, service, setting, activities and everything. Don't waste your time looking around as Heritage is best by far. We never wanted to leave as whenever we did we just wanted to come back. So much to do for single for families. Jossy was also magnificent and saw to our every need always. She made the stay more than 5 stars. Thank you Heritage we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Hotel is very nice and large, it is like a botanical garden, and it is very well maintained. I love the room, very well designed. You need to book restaurants before arrival, remember to ask for it when you book the hotel. No one tell you that unless you ask for it. If you have half board package, the only included restaurants are C-club, O-grill, Annabella’s and Le Parmier. But any special events are with supplement. So please ask for it before book restaurant. The hotel provides a lot of activities, but most of them are with expensive price. The good point is you can have the activities directly starting from hotel, so you don’t need to book taxi to travel somewhere else for anything. Hotel é muito bom e grande, é como um jardim botânico, e está muito bem conservado. Adorei o quarto, muito bem desenhado. Você precisa reservar restaurantes antes da chegada, lembre-se de pedir quando reservar o hotel. Ninguém lhe diz isso a menos que você peça. Se você tem pacote de meia pensão, os únicos restaurantes incluídos são C-club, O-grill, Annabella's e Le Parmier. Mas quaisquer eventos especiais são com suplemento. Então, por favor, peça antes de reservar o restaurante. O hotel oferece muitas atividades, mas a maioria delas com preços caros. O ponto positivo é que você pode fazer as atividades diretamente do hotel, então não precisa reservar táxi para viajar para outro lugar para nada.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful landscapes and although has many rooms has a wonderful boutique ambience. Bel Ombré beach and ocean are also breathtaking. Our deluxe sea view room was incredibly spacious, stylish and decor was sophisticated. Staff were kind although a little intrusive with questions at breakfast so perhaps it might be best if they let you have your coffee first! I would recommend dinner at the chateau for the setting but the food (considering the price) could be improved and also letting guests want to leave themselves as opposed to reminding us several times they would book our buggy to leave. Overall, I would stay again and hope the suggestions help to make it an even better place!! Gostei muito da nossa estadia, o hotel está rodeado por belas paisagens e, embora tenha muitos quartos, tem um ambiente boutique maravilhoso. A praia de Bel Ombré e o mar também são de tirar o fôlego. Nosso quarto deluxe com vista para o mar era incrivelmente espaçoso, elegante e a decoração era sofisticada. A equipe foi gentil, embora um pouco intrusiva com perguntas no café da manhã, então talvez seja melhor se eles deixarem você tomar seu café primeiro! Eu recomendaria jantar no chateau para o cenário, mas a comida (considerando o preço) poderia ser melhorada e também permitir que os hóspedes queiram sair sozinhos, em vez de nos lembrar várias vezes que eles reservariam nosso buggy para sair. No geral, eu ficaria novamente e espero que as sugestões ajudem a torná-lo um lugar ainda melhor!

This is my third stay at Heritage Le Telfair.I have stayed at many of the 5 Star Resorts on the Island over the years but I now keep going back to Heritage Le Telfair. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the Beach Suites are also sublime. The Hotel is elegant and spacious and even when the Hotel is full it never feels crowded and the Service remains 5 Star.It has so many restaurants to choose from and three pools including one that is heated.One of my most enjoyable things about Heritage Le Telfair is that I am a cyclist and walker and the South side of the Island is lovely to cycle around without loads of traffic and there are so many places to walk including the Nature Reserve, very long beach, along the road and beach front and Le Morne.I know that on my next trip to Mauritius I will definitely stay at Heritage Le Telfair again. Esta é a minha terceira estadia no Heritage Le Telfair. I se hospedaram no muitos dos 5 estrelas resorts na ilha anos, mas agora voltar para Heritage Le Telfair. Os quartos são lindos e espaçosos, as Beach Suites também são sublimes. O Hotel é elegante e espaçoso e mesmo quando o Hotel está cheio nunca se sente lotado e o Serviço continua a ser 5 Estrelas. Tem tantos restaurantes para escolher e três piscinas, incluindo uma aquecida. Uma das minhas coisas mais agradáveis sobre Heritage Le Telfair é que sou ciclista e caminhante e o lado sul da ilha é adorável para andar de bicicleta sem muito tráfego e há muitos lugares para caminhar, incluindo a Reserva Natural, praia muito longa , ao longo da estrada e frente à praia e Le Morne. Eu sei que na minha próxima viagem às Maurícias com certeza ficarei novamente no Heritage Le Telfair.

Hotel idílico! Paraíso. tudo é feito para relaxar e a equipe é incrível. Os quartos são espaçosos e de bom gosto, os restaurantes são soberbos, a cozinha é de alta qualidade, assim como as variedades de bebidas espirituosas e coquetéis oferecidos. Ponto importante que nos surpreendeu muito: mesmo em meia pensão com jantar incluído, a água é exigível! Espere pagar pela água mesmo em tudo incluído (o que é muito chocante porque na França é proibido…) dado o preço acho que pode ser melhorado! Uma piscina sem crianças também seria ótimo para que todos possam aproveitar! Caso contrário, eu recomendo você sem qualquer hesitação! Apresse-se

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Telfair. I must say that all the information given at time of check-in (restaurant and other facilities opening times, seashell museum details etc.) was a bit pointless, as after a 12-hour flight, one can't exactly remember all this information. We ate at Annabelle's and the C Beach Club and both were very good. The room is spacious and clean. Our 'assistant' Jossy was great. Always helpful and she gave us some good insider tips.

Excelente hotel super reformado y bien conservado. Nos hicieron sentir super especiales estando de luna de miel… Nos hicieron el check in a las 12:00, nos pusieron mayordomo 24hrs al dia (y podíamos hablar con él por whatsapp!!), nos regalaron una botella de champagne, una cena en el restaurante delante del mar, nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación,… Todo de 10!! Además, es un hotel grande donde hay bastante oferta gastronómica y donde hay bastante actividades que hacer como ir a jugar a GOLF… Que por cierto, es un campo excelente también. Todo de 10. Hiper super recomendable!!!!!

Un SUPER acierto. En todo momento nos sentimos super VIP… Fuimos de luna de miel y nos hicieron un upgrade, el check in fue a las 12:00, nos pusieron un mayordomo 24hrs disponible al whatsapp, nos regalaron una cena, nos regalaron una botella de champagne, la última noche nos prepararon una habitación romántica llena de pétalos, etc.. Además, las habitaciones super reformadas y en muy buen estado, el hotel precioso y encima tienen muchas restaurantes y actividades para hacer como el Golf… Que por cierto, está genial. Lo dicho, todo un acierto… Tal vez la comida, en general, podría ser un poco mejor (no es horrible… está bastante decente) y la playa está bien pero no es de las mejores de la isla. Lo recomendamos a muerte…!!!

Hotel de lujo en el municipio de Bel Ombre, al sur de la Isla Mauricio. Mi mujer y yo estuvimosallí pasando el resto de nuestra luna de miel y sin duda no nos equivocamos con la elección. Nuestra habitación era un lujo frente a la playa, puestas de sol increíbles.. El sitio es ideal para descansar y disfrutar del hotel, hay mucha paz, su playa de agua cristalina espectacular, sus piscinas, sus restaurantes ( comida espectacular ) y así podríaestar hasta mañana, comentando mi experiencia. Doy las gracias a todo el personal del hotel por su atención, por estar siempre ahí, son todos muy amables y sobretodo a Carine, que nos ayudó en todo lo que nos hacía falta, en fin un 10 para todos ellos. Sin duda recomiendo este hotel. Volveremos algún día. Saludos a todos. Mil GRACIAS
