“I am not sure how this is rated a 4 star hotel.Checked-in around 7p on Saturday, our room had dirty items in it which tells me the room had not been properly cleaned/sanitized (Covid levels are high at this time). I brought a couple of the items to the front desk to let them know & they asked why I was bothering them with this.Went to get ice, machine was broken, then suggest I use the one on the second floor, it was either out of ice or broken. Sunday morning, had to call twice to get a working coffee maker and another call to get cups & coffee (remember, they were used when we entered the room Saturday night).It's now Tuesday, the elevator is broken, ice machine still broken & our room has not been cleaned yet even though we were assured of daily service.Our replacement coffee maker is working but now I have to locate someone to replenish the cups & coffee.I am really struggling to like this place, vacation should be awesome & relaxing. Not running around trying to fix stuff, locate ice, coffee, etc.They did suggest I could buy coffee at the cafe.I will not bore you with the fun I have had with the toilet - I gave up trying to call people to fix things. And this is a four star resort? If things magically improve, I will update my review.”
