“This is my choice to stay when I am working in Illinois. This is one of the newest hotels on the lot, However, it doesn'ttake long to run a hotel down. Upkeep is a must. Also flight Attendants and Pilots get thebest courtesy. I'm not either. I watched how the front desk interacts with them vs others.”
