We love it here because of the location (5min walk to the beach, short drive to grand bay for shopping and restaurants), and a lovely gated complex with nice security guys, cleaning ladies. My only issue is with the apartments, seem not all the owners invest in their upkeeping/fixing/renovation, so you see moldy walls, or termites coming from the walls. The place seem to allow short term rentals, hence, it gets very busy on the weekends when people come just for a night or two or simply for the pool day. However, as we do not spend a whole day by the pool we do not need the loungers. We love the ground floor apartments as it is easy access to the pool (next time we will try upper floors for the views and more breeze- a ceiling fan would be lovely in these terraces). The pool is huge and well maintained. There is a restaurant on site but we only tried their breakfast once so cannot comment. Sometimes people book the apartments to have a party which is not great as the sound radiates through the whole complex, the guests are inconsiderate and play music till 2am or so, despite the no-noise rules.

Beautiful place, sadly no chance of sleeping before 1 in the morning because of the restaurant

The place was beautiful but it lacks finesse. Upon arrival, we noticed a gross mop and a bucket in the first bathroom (that could have been hidden or removed completely from our unit). The wall next to oven was covered in grease stains. There were stains all over the walls in the unit, in the master room, living space, etc. It made the place look dirty. The furniture was busted in some areas. There was a little wasp nest in our light outside (unit h1). There was a lot of noise pollution from the busses of the main road. The master bathroom did not have an electrical outlet. All over the place the electrical outlet was not compatible to what we had. There was nothing provided to be able to accommodate our chargers. They used an ugly plate to display 2 bottle of waters and soft drinks. There was a nespresso machine but no pod. The pool was gorgeous however no signs where the stairs were, so it made it difficult to get in and I had lotion on my legs so it became slippery and very dangerous. There is a space where the water falls from the rock to into the pool that was shut off. Dont know why? The restaurant was good, food ok, not many vegan or veggies options to choose from. The service was really good though. Overall the place has a lot of potential and it very pretty but the maintenance is very low definitely not what I expected. Was disappointing!

Food was good. Welcoming restaurant service. Room was ok. Have to fix some broken bulb and add a fix phone to reception. Was a bit disturb with some noise outside as they were doing some construction i think. But overall service was good.

What a great place this is! Fantastic location with 5 minutes walk to the beach (in case you tire of the swimming pool!). The outdoor space/balcony is large and very nicely laid out. The gym impressed me (and I've seen a lot of them all around the world) with its equipment and space. I'll be back here like a shot 👍
