“A localização do hotel é boa, próximo a metrô, os funcionários atenciosos, porém, só foi feita a troca das toalhas 3 dias depois de estar hospedado e porque solicitei. Na troca das toalhas de banho não fizeram a troca da toalha de rosto, não colocaram tapete de banheiro para saída do banho. Fui pedir e o funcionário procurou e não achou, disse que seria colocado só no dia seguinte porque não tinha mais, então, a questão de toalhas deixa muito a desejar. O escoamento da água do chuveiro e baixo formando uma poça de água no box que e fechado por cortinas plásticas. Café da manhã sem muita opção, apenas o básico e fui chamado atenção por ter pego primeiro o suco e uma fruta e depois retornar para pegar uma xícara de café e pão. Fui alertado que só pode pegar uma vez pois se retornar a copa pegar algo será cobrado separadamente, ou seja, tem que pegar tudo em uma só vez, depois de sentar para comer não pode retornar para pegar mais nada.”
