É minha quarta hospedagem no hotel, nunca me cobraram diária de estacionamento, hoje ao fazer o checkout, o atendente queria me cobrar 25,00 a mais. 😳 Perguntei se já não estava incluso no preço da diária e depois de questionar algumas coisas ele liberou meu ticket. Não sei se é costume deles fazer isso pra ver se “cola” com alguém, mas de qualquer forma, fiquem espertos.

Para aqueles que já conhecem o padrão da Rede Ibis, não há novidades. Bom atendimento no check in. Quartos bem limpos e organizados e a tradicional facilidade de checkout. Vale ressaltar a espetacular localização, dentro do Shopping Nova América, proporcionando assim muita segurança e farto lazer.

Lugar muito tranquilo (dentro do shopping Nova América), além do atendimento padrão Ibis de sempre, funcionários atenciosos, limpeza ok, só o café da manhã que achei um pouco inferior a outros Ibis que me hospedei no Rio Mas recomendo e voltaria com certeza

O hotel é bom, a localização é muito boa, mas o café da manhã, que já foi muito bom, está muito ruim. As opções ficam distante da vista e, serviram até, pão dormido, e não é barato, custa R$ 25,00 por pessoa.

Durante a pandemia vi a camareira e um ajudante limpando os quartos do 18° andar com a máscara no queixo. Não adianta espalhar cartazes com frases lindas e dispensers de álcool em gel pelo hotel se na hora da limpeza há risco de contaminação. Também vi hóspede pegando café da manhã sem máscara e sem ninguém chamar a atenção dele. Não dá! De resto, tudo padrão ibis.

Hotel ótimo, afastado da movimentação central do Rio, porém dentro do Shopping Nova América, que conta com tudo que se precisa, seja em uma viagem de lazer ou trabalho. Acesso a qualquer local do Rio pelo metrô, que é anexo ao shopping. Realmente sensacional! E toda qualidade Ibis/Accor de hospedagem!

Hermoso hotel, excelente ubicación y MUY seguro ya que se encuentra dentro de un complejo en dónde también hay un shopping. Hay mucha disponibilidad de taxis en la puerta del hotel.

Exelente opción si tenes que hacer 1 noche cerca del aeropuerto el hotel está prácticamente dentro de hermoso centro comercial donde podes pasear si trasladarte en la gran capital

This is good location, right at shopping mall area. Room is small but clean. However the service is quite poor, it took a very long time at check in. It seems receptionist have no attention in their works and have no clue what are they doing. So we afraid of check out, we had to pay all and got the bill then we didnt have to do any when check out.

excellent location , near a big shopping mall with a lot of restaurant , very close to metro station , good breakfast , my room was just so so , maybe because wa s for wheelchair people .

I've never entered at Ibis Nova America, but my experience with the company is very great. The building is nice to the eyes and seems cozy. I would recommend only by seeing, although is a bit expensive.

It's a great cost x benefit like all the Ibis Budget . Comfortable for those seeking a place to sleep and take a shower , because despite having litter box and air conditioning , the room was very small. I was in a room with a double bed and above the bed, like a bunk bed type , a single bed. Privacy is almost zero. The shower space is restricted , so the people who will have to host enough intimacy. The breakfast is reasonable for the value. With two or three types of fruit, plain cake, cheese and bread. They also offer coffee or juice. The receptionists are extremely thoughtful, always try to help and are very friendly. The location of the Ibis Budget is very good. Being close to bus stops, to be "inside" the shopping mall and especially the subway station side, the it can get to most places with the subway.
