The hotel looks nice coming in but the room was filthy. Carpets were dirty and the pillow I slept on had red stains in two different places. Breakfast buffet was nothing special. Would not recommended this hotel.

This hotel has a good infrastructure. Nice beds, comfortable rooms with good bathrooms. They also have a rooftop pool with a beautiful view of the city. However, they lack maintenance. The hotel is kind of dirty, with many broken facilities. The breakfast is also not that good. With a good maintenance, they would be a great choice!

The staff was super nice. We were trying to find a lesser price hotel room so we were checking it out. The desk agent was so kind and took us to 2 rooms and showed us the pool and gym. We did not end up staying here as I felt the rooms were a little to dark and small for our needs. But the view from the pool was one of the best city views. There are lots of small stores and local places to eat in the area.

**Swimming pool on top of the building has a nice bar and beautiful view good music. ** terrible breakfast same breakfast everyday one sandwich and scrambled eggs. ** The building says no smoking but people smoke heavy cigars and smoke in the hallways also there's parties late at night unsupervised too much noise. **Elevators are very dirty not clean no one cleans the elevators no ventilation. ** only one trash can small in the bathroom needs another trash can in the main bedroom desk area. ** overall staff and workers are very nice and will help you with anything you need.

We stayed 5 nights here & the best thing about it was the rooftop pool & the view. The rooms were clean but lacked a few amenities that we like. just to let you know:no minifridege, no coffee maker. you buy a cup downstairs for $2. . No ice bucket or ice makers anywhere in the hotel. The room had an ironing board but no iron. We had to get this & hangers from the front desk. There aren't any glasses in the room even for water. The location is good. One block from Balboa Ave & a beautiful bike & running path right along the bay. They mention a shuttle but it only runs a few times per day, not on an hourly or even 1/2 hour schedule. Our flight was at 9:55 am. there was a shuttle available at 5 am or 8am. Tocumen airport is 45 min away..Thankfully we got a very nice cab driver because 4 of them said no. They didn't want to take us. The fitness center is equipped well enough. we can adapt pretty easily but no AC. Lastly, the customer service. One of the front desk clerks was friendly & helpful & the maids were great but others acted like we were imposing. Even the manager did not acknowledge us or say hello when we encountered him.. We tip accordingly & generously but it wasn't appreciated. Entering & leaving The hotel no one said anything to us. Guess we won't be back.

I booked via Expedia on this one needing a few days during a business trip. My biggest bugbear was WiFi. If you need a solid WiFi connection, look elsewhere. Do not be fooled by the reception area...
