We had the best vacation over Christmas. The hotel is lovely, the facilities in the hotel are also amazing. The pool sadly was cold, so everyone reverted to the one indoor pool Indoors.The upkeep of this hotel is above and beyond they really take pride in keeping it clean.The staff, they are amazing, even after working tirelessly, they kept a smile on.Overall, the stay was beautiful and will be back again. Infelizmente, a piscina estava fria, então todos voltaram para a única piscina coberta.A manutenção deste hotel está acima e além, eles realmente se orgulham de mantê-lo limpo.A equipe, eles são incríveis, mesmo depois de trabalhar incansavelmente, eles mantiveram um sorriso.No geral, a estadia foi linda e estará de volta novamente.

We visited this resort on 22nd Dec 2022 for a 7 nights stay. Here is a quick guide to help you decide. Good: Staffs were friendly and were trying to be helpful. Not so good: Staff don't know what is vegan. Very limited vegetarian options (Pizza, pasta and spaghetti). Food menu never changed during our 7 nights stay, just imagine eating same pizza/pasta everyday. Outdoor pools were freezing, literally no one using it. Indoor pool was warm, but they were small and too busy. Drinks menu had only 7 or 8 items, out of which one (bloody merry) wasn't available due to non-availability of tomato juice throughout our stay!! SPA is a scam, better avoided. Why? a) I paid ~£65 for a 1 hour "King Massage" session, the massage lasted only 40 minutes. b) Jacuzzi was too cold. One staff agreed it was cold, other staff said it was set to 30deg c and other said it was set to 35 deg c!! Truth always has only one version!!! c) sauna was too hot and dry. One would be roasted if stayed beyond one minute. Step-free access is dangerous, because, it is just a steep slope next to the steps! Pls see the pic!! Our room's phone was dead when we checked-in, it was never fixed despite we bringing this to reception's notice every day (i gave up after 3 days!)

Puedo confirmar que han sido las mejores vacaciones (con niños, bueno, con adolescentes) que hemos pasado. Muy importante decir que ha sido en Navidad porque en verano por lo visto hay una media de 45º y 200 millones de personas por lo que nos han dicho… Nosotros hemos ido desde el 21 Dic. a 1ª hora de la mañana hasta el 25 Dic. por la tarde por lo que hemos aprovechado 100%. El viaje desde Madrid son algo menos de 2h por lo que tardamos menos que a cualquier zona de costa de España con la diferencia de que en España hace un frío del copón y aquí hemos estado a una media de 25º. Cuando lo empezamos a ver por internet pensábamos que era un timo porque era todo demasiado bonito, pero no, confirmo que todos nuestros miedos eran infundados.. Desde la animación (Chadli, Maximo, Hamza, Fatima... no recuerdo el resto de nombres y también son complicados para nosotros, de hecho, algunos de estos son apodos, no sus nombres verdaderos, pero es imposible dar un mal comentario de ninguno de ellos) hasta el propio hotel en sí, todo muy limpio y perfectamente conservado. Están todo el tiempo limpiando y haciendo mantenimiento. En el restaurante en general todos también, pero Mohamed (en cocina) fue una persona tremendamente especial para nosotros. Es un hotel dentro de un acuático que está de lujo, sin nada de gente y con el personal suuper amable. La comida bastante buena, las habitaciones grandes, animación constante. Perfecto para todas las edades, tanto niños pequñitos (que tienes su propio club y un parque acuático dedicado que ya hubiera querido yo…) hasta adolescentes y adultos. Las partes negativas o no tan buenas como nos hubiesen gustado son, (sobre todo y la más grande), que fuimos en régimen de Todo Incluido y la cena especial de nochebuena se hizo separada con espectáculo a la que no nos dejaron entrar porque la hicieron de pago, incluso pusieron cortinas y mamparas para que no se pudiese ni ver desde fuera.. En el buffet al que podíamos ir no pusieron nada especial, de hecho creo que ha sido la peor cena que ha habido, aunque la amabilidad de los camareros compensó ese bajón. Otra es que en el comedor se forma buena cola en la zona de los desayunos de las tortillas.. Y otra detalle que no nos gustó es que para poder tener una toalla para el acuático o piscinas hay que dejar una fianza de 100 dirham, nosotros éramos 6 y en efectivo teníamos solo 50€. La fianza total eran 600 dirham que al cambio son unos 54€ pues por esos 4€ no fueron capaces de darnos las 6 toallas así que tuvimos que estar apañándonos con 5 toallas (un detalle de lo más cutre). Hay un autobús gratuito que te lleva a la Medina todos los días (hay que apuntarse) y cuando llegas hay varios guías, 1 de ellos habla español y te lleva por donde quieras y le das la propina que estimes, pero lo recomiendo muchísimo, nos llevó a sitios que no hubiéramos ido por nuestra cuenta y la seguridad que nos dio fue brutal (en español su nombre es Jaime) en árabe no recuerdo cómo era pero algo parecido.. el hombre era muy gracioso porque se le ve muy mayor, muy poquita cosa y con un chandal como de venir de jugar al fútbol… después de la visita lo terminamos llamando superman! Jaja.. buenísmo… El parque acuático está chulísimo. El agua está helada pero con tirarse unas cuantas veces se pasa rápido.. El último día aunque hay que dejar la habitación a las 12 puedes dejar las maletas en recepción y seguir usando el resto de hotel, aunque sería un detalle que dejaran una habitación para ducharse, cambiarse, etc.. Sin lugar a ninguna duda hemos encontrado nuestro destino para las Navidades y el año que viene volveremos.

Nice resort with brilliant staff if I was being over critical it could do with a freshen up but generally well worth a visit. Similar food everyday but good quality and always freshly grilled meats and pizza available aswell as a variety of tagines. Hassan in the restaurant is unbelievable and went above and beyond to look after us. Also a mention for Muhammad and Ahmed behind the bar on an evening great guys thanks to both of you. .

We had room allocation issues on arrival. Water park looking a little tired, but improvement work going on. Staff were great, very friendly. Food was good, but not enough bars or beverage points. Kids loved the waterpark, no lack of loungers, clean and FUN!

+ Rooms, Private bathrooms and gardens all kept very clean constantly + Amazing amazing animation team - somewhat flawless although sometimes I wish they just understood that no means no! I found myself avoiding eye contact with them at times if I didn't want to get dragged into things + Decent shower + Good hairdryer + Good quality iron + Fantastic water slides - super fun for all ages + Great music and atmosphere in pool areas - couldn't fault it + Restaurant went above and beyond for my mum's special dietary requests and were able to cater for Gluten Free + Great to get bottled soft drinks that weren't diluted + Great shuttle service to the main town + I left my phone in the cab on arrival. Security went above and beyond to retrieve it + We were given a late checkout (allbeit we had to fight for it by informing the manager of all of the inconveniences (listed below) + Sunbeds all in good condition - I never experienced broken sunbeds etc.- Public bathrooms rarely maintained - nearly always out of tissue, rarely cleaned (if at all?) And a lot of cubicle broken locks - Disappointed that the wave pool and lazy river were out of use - these were one of the reasons we booked the hotel in the first place. - General food was somewhat bland - please focus on quality over quantity/variety - Free ice cream with extremely cheap quality - Local visitors got priority in the restaurant over tourists. - There needs to be some rules around food wastage - the amount of food that locals wasted was DISGRACEFUL and shocking - Pool bars were shut half the time and they kept running out of water bottles so you'd have to walk across the resort to get drinks! - Odd practice of taking towels and hand towels at 9am and not replacing them until after 12. We just kept the DND sign out until we were ready for our towels to be taken - Affiliated with the tour company - Tours R Us - absolute scammers and the hotel did nothing to protect and support us when we had an issue with the quad bike excursion they sold us - Very odd receptionists who barely spoke English and didn't know how to show empathy when things went wrong. We were greeted by an overly enthusiastic porter who handled our passports and requested for us to fill out forms - very odd and unclear on what his role was but was glad to be able to speak to someone in English, allbeit the porter - Minimal information given on arrival. We didn't know there was a snack and coffee bar until day 3 of 7! - Was given one king size room and two twin rooms for 3 couples - again, very odd! - Our room stunk of sewers. I complained at least 5 times with no resolution or empathy shown - had to pay a deposit IN DIRHAMS for swimming pool towels. Got the deposit back in dirhams at the end of the trip. For 6 people. I'm not sure what I'm meant to do with leftover dirhams! Unclear why they don't accept other currencies - All 3 rooms keys deactivated the day before checkout - and we were blamed for keeping them by our mobile phones - all 3 rooms lol. No empathy shown for the inconvenience. - One of the showers we had kept flooding, and remained unfixed - No ironing boards - very odd! - The magnifying mirror in all of our bathrooms had loose screws so we basically couldn't use them! - One of our safe's didn't work - Where are the quality checks for rooms in this hotel?

A equipa de animação é fantastica e incansável. Limpeza dos quartos, dentro dos padrões habituais. Muita variedade de comida. Funcionários muito simpáticos e disponiveis.

Water park was the best but check in was slow, food was bad and cold, kept having to ask for towels as we couldn't shower. When we did ask they just kept saying later. We took a taxi everyday to go get food as we couldn't eat at the hotel.

Great water park, well organised. We forgot towels (left in a rush) but you can get them with a deposit of 100DH per towel.. if you want a locker you have to pay 5DH and 5DH deposit. The sun loungers are free. The food court is reasonably priced bit if you go after 2pm you will wait at least an hour for food. We went back at 4 and they couldn't be more helpful to get our food as quick as possible as they saw us wait earlier on. The life guards are all so lovely and helpful. Really enjoyed out day!

Just returned from a 7 day stay at this hotel. The hotel is lovely in general but our rooms were probably the worst in the hotel as the view was a wall (we booked garden view). However, we were upgraded to a family room which was nice of them. The rooms are cleaned everyday but could do with some upgrade. Issues were resolved quickly, staff are efficient. All staff were lovely and tried their best to keep customers happy. Don't understand some customers complaining about the selection of wine when they chose to go to a Muslim country! Or complaining about how some staff don't speak English when you're not in an English speaking country. A big shout out to Younis who took his time talking to my son. Will miss some of the lovely staff there, they worked constantly with a smile in 40 degrees. My only recommendation would be to keep chips on the menue at every lunch and dinner as some children are fussy eaters. Overall enjoyed the holiday and hope to come back one day.

Son todos muyyyy atentos,los animadores muy buenos y simplemente simpáticos. Todos me gusta. Las actividades para los niños, bien. Maravilloso. Alguien comento que no hablan Español,si es verdad,no hablan,PERO SE ESFUERZAN,cuando ven que tu hablas Español. Nos trataron MUY BIEN. A mi hijo que le gusta la pizza margarita,se hacian solo para el . Agradesco a los animadores lo amable que fueron con nosotros y con toda la gente,que se hospedaban en el hotel,gracias a zacarias,hala,konichiwa,EL AYUDANTE DE CRASTY ( Ayoub ) el DJ ,VALENCIAGA,KHALI capoeira El que dice lo contrario,no sabe disfrutar.

Un robo,e pagado un pastizal para comer solo verdura,arroz y pavo,y la animación pésima,la gente come en la piscina,en el comedor cogen la comida con las manos sin que nadie les diga nada,y lo peor es que dejan que las mujeres se bañen en la piscina con ropa que no es de agua,es decir,con la ropa que van a la calle se meten en el agua,un asco y poco higiénico

Hotel muy muy muy bueno recomendable 100 por 100 disponible el snak casi todo el dia para cuando estas por el centro de marrakech y te as perdido la comida por falta de tiempo llegas y esta snak abierto si cokes todo incluido puedes estar bebiendo a cualquier hora del dia mojitos cervezas zumos etc hay un autocar propio del hotelque te lleva gratuitamente al centro de marrakech la plaza jemma fnac sale alas 10:00 y te recoje alas 14:00 comidas buenisimas comidas arabes españolas sushi pastas de todo tipoen resumidas cuentas 100 por 100 recomendable aaa se me olvidaba tienes muchosimos toboganes y varias pizinas gimnasio pequeño pero para quemar calorias sirve. Agradecido al hotelpor el trato.

El hotel esta genial para ir en verano con niños, cogimos una oferta buenísima de 10 días con TI. Tiene un parque acuático y hacia donde mires hay piscinas. La animación es buena, sobre todo la infantil. Como pegas, el restaurante después de un par de días se hace pesado, no es malo, pero el buffet al final se te hace repetitivo (siempre tengo esta sensación en los hoteles) tuvimos un problema en el baño (Se salía el agua de la cisterna) y nunca solucionaron el problema. Nos fuimos antes y no tengo buen recuerdo porque hacía frio y no se podían usar las instalaciones, por la zona no hay nada que ver y mi pareja tuvo gastroenteritis así que no pudimos salir del hotel...
