“Outrageously expensive for what you get. Whole resort Definitely needs to be renovated as it is outdated and tired.
We stayed in their overwater bungalow and it was same price as the Four Seasons Bora Bora overwater bungalow. That resort is the best in the world. This....just doesnt cut it.”

“Everything was fine until we moved rooms and right after I called to tell them my speaker that was $200 was left in the room and they told me they would call housekeeping and get back to me in the morning. I was called 4 times the next day and by that time they said my speaker was gone and someone else was staying in that room . The housekeeper had to see my speaker and must of taken it. They did not offer to reimburse me and will not be staying here again. Not pleased at all”
