“Gostaria de reservar uma estadia neste hotel, mas felizmente não reservei online, pois queria verificar primeiro. À chegada, é-nos apresentado o quarto antigo e depois os novos. Os novos quartos podem ser reservados pelo preço total, mesmo que não estejam totalmente mobiliados. Além disso, eles esqueceram de dizer que tanto a academia quanto o spa estão fora de serviço devido à reforma, mas não há compensação por isso. Estou em choque - não posso recomendar este lugar, porque infelizmente o atendimento ao cliente é inexistente.”
