““This is a 5 star hotel that should be a 2 star hotel” accurately stated by my 6 year old. Service was rude. I had a car rental. Every time I arrived and left the valet staff would hurry me. Food was scarce At breakfast buffet and never replenished. I was told I couldn’t bring in “any food or alcohol” in. However, I had milk for my toddler. The restaurant service was slow and food under quality. Disappointed in this new administration.”
