The customer service it premier, all the staff is very friendly and ready to help make you feel at home and welcomed. The rooms are very comfortable, feel unique and cozy. The restaurant serves great brunch and dinner items. The location is wonderful as it puts you within easy walking distance to shops, places of interest, and great bars and restaurants. If you are looking for a great hotel while you stay in downtown Chicago, look no further than this location.”
