Very modern hotel close to all the hot spots in Palermo Soho. The room was very clean but a bit dated, still good value for money. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. They also have a pool. Ideal if you wanna spend a couple of nights close to Palermo

@ excellent welcome on reception @ good location , near to good restaurants @ air conditioning works well @ if you want to keep luggage’s , they have an service/place to keep luggage’s plus on 9 th. floor , they have well organized shower room with bath towel service which you will use for changing clothes , taking shower so that ready to return late flight as fresh as possible

The hotel is overall a decent place to stay. We had several issues upon arrival. Our bathroom wasn't cleaned on the first day of our stay, but when we told front desk, it was cleaned immediately. The room we were given had a bad odor, and we were switched to a new (larger and much nicer) suite the next day. The new room's air conditioner began leaking when we turned it on, and front desk got maintenance to fix it right away. After a rocky start, the rest of the stay was fine. The rooms are okay, but I had trouble sleeping as there are blue lights on the side of the bed, and even though they are small, there was no way to turn them off. There is one universal plug under the desk, but it's not enough if you have multiple devices. The beds are comfortable enough. The air conditioners seemed to have only one setting (18 degrees celsius), even when I tried to increase the temperature, it remained a bit too cold for me personally. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and it was good, although the same every day. The restaurant staff were very friendly. There is a small pool on the roof (About 4-6 people might be able to enjoy the pool area but that's about it, and the hot tub (seats 4) is also okay. The gym equipment is terribly dated and unusable. There was a gym around the corner that we joined (Always Gym) which was super affordable and had tons of equipment and space for workouts. In general, the hotel is fine, and located in a good part of Palermo.

Neighbourhood Gem. Pocket-sized pool on the roof, with deep rich grass around - perfect for relaxation in between bouts of exploration. Fantastic location. Super friendly & helpful staff
