While dining at Nadia Restaurant please be wary that you order whatever you want immediately as you spot a waiter as there's a dearth of waiters and then you'll have to wait.Also look out for a waiter carrying a small piece of coloured cloth as I observed for two days in a row that used cutlery was picked up from tables, wiped and then placed neatly on another table.If you're willing to ignore the above, you'll enjoy the service, staff, ambience and the amazing location

The stay was very comfortable. The good part is that they are now renovating it and doing it step wise to make it convenient for the guests. The room was clean and the staff cooperative. The food service is also nice both at restaurants and room dine in. A estadia foi muito confortável. It was my second visit to the hotel, first was when I visited in '99 as part of university trip to Murree. At that time I only was able appreciate the class of the hotel and views from the terrace. The second visit after 23 yrs was with family and to stay, without booking. We were lucky to have a good room with views across mountains of Muzzaffarabad. All the facilities were excellent. The hotel is 5 * and living up to the standard.Only downside we faced was in the supper order which took too long to come, and was not hot enough to give a freshly made meal. It was probably the delay between the meal preparation and service. Food itself was tasty and portion sizes were generous.The hotel also have a ghazal night every night which was a joy. Only thing I would say is that there should be some decorum for families and ladies so they can enjoy equally.When you go there, be prepared to pay Rs. 1,500 per adult in the car which is then adjusted in your bill for food or stay. Plus,explore the possibility of having the privilege card as it gives some good discounts.

PC Bhurban is no more an ideal five star hotel anymore ! It has become a fish market now, extremely crowded. Staff is very rude and not helpful. They have over 190 rooms and only 4 restaurants to serve food which are always full. On top of that they have walk in guests as well as parties all the time. The restaurant staff has so much attitude.Rooms are comfortable but non stop power turned off which is very irritating. Bathroomneeds to be renovated and properly cleaned. Food is below average and not enough seating space at all. Parking is not enough and there is no valet parking at all. They have large number of security staff at the entrance who are only doing security checks instead they should provide valet services as parking is very limited.Last but not the least there is a toll of Rs 200 per day to go to the hotel which means if you are staying in hotel for 3 days and going out of the hotel you still have to pay this toll each day !!!Unfortunately I would not recommend PC Bhurban to anyone. Stayed in a family room for a week. Location and scenic beauty around the hotel are really good. Rooms are also in decent condition and are clean. Nice breakfast and other restaurants.One thing where they are really poor is attending to the guest service calls e.g I asked for towels and had to follow up twice (had to raise my voice the 3rd time) and finally after 1.5 hours I got towels. I asked for an iron and after waiting for about 2 hours a guy came and told me that they don’t have spare irons at the moment.The non-smoking room my family got initially was drenched in cigarettes smell and even had some ash on the floor. I had to complain multiple times and then after 3rd day we were moved to another room. On top of that the night manager initially lied to me that that room is actually a smoking room and the no smoking stickers there are old and have to be removed! The daytime manager and staff told us that that is not the case. I ask you!A suggestion for them: setup a self service tea/coffee counter in the breakfast area so that people don’t have to wait for a long time and don’t have to ask 3 or 4 times to get a cup of tea from the one or two guys trying to serve it to a packed place. Stayed in this hotel for two nights in July 2022 and it turned out to be a worst experience. The quality of food served in Nadia was really below standard; although it was buffet but none of the dish was tasty, except the salad bar. We ended up paying hefty amount for eating literally nothing. The breakfast was also the same. The rooms were just OK, but definitely not up to the five star hotel standard.Would I ever visit it again? Definitely, a big NO.

Beautiful place. Good music, rooms were clean and very nice overall. The food was average. Tried different restaurants and the in house kitchen food, all of it was average. The breakfast buffet was good. They have pool, snooker and arcade games as well.
