I stayed in room 205 very clean room well maintained building. Miss mahera was very sweet she guided us well for all the stay. Hassan provided smooth check out services. PEARL CONTINENTAL HOTEL (PC LAHORE)I stayed at the Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel Lahore this month (Nov 2022) and was dismayed at the below sub-standard quality of customer service care and the accommodation received. I have stayed at the PC Lahore on previous visits when arriving in Lahore and have always enjoyed my stay. But after this visit, I am disappointed to say that that this will be my LAST EVER visit if standards do not get better. Sorry to say If I could, I would give PC Lahore ZERO STARS!..Please also be aware of fake reviews especially from those who have recently created an account on Google or Trip Advisor and have given the hotel 5 Stars!. 1. Firstly, the hotel driver who picked me up was not at arrivals when I landed, and was left waitingover 1 hour outside the airport entrance after having contacted the hotel to ask the whereabouts of the driver! 2. The hotel Reception Staff DEMANDED payment IN ADVANCE even before I had a chance to go to my room & put my bags down! (even though I had booked the room 2 weeks in advance with my credit card). 3. The Sub-Standard Quality of the room was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!.. this is evident from the photos I have uploaded here. You can see that the levels of hygiene, room, surface finishes in the photos – even some budget hotels do not have this level of bad hygiene & cleanliness! I am sorry to say I WONT EVER be staying at the PC Lahore ever again and will go to an alternative hotel which offers much better customer service & care and where hygiene levels are what you would expect from a premium/branded hotel.  Please note the genuine 5 Star Reviews listed on Trip Advisor are mostly from local Lahore residents who come in the morning to the hotel restaurant for breakfast ONLY (and not to stay). Again, I have to say I AM ABSOLUTELY DISMAYED at the quality of customer service and room received at the Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel in Lahore and warn all guests to look elsewhere when booking. (apesar de eu ter reservado o quarto com 2 semanas de antecedência com meu cartão de crédito). 3 - A qualidade abaixo do padrão da sala era ABSOLUTAMENTE CHOCANTE! Você pode ver que os níveis de higiene, quarto, acabamentos de superfície nas fotos - mesmo alguns hotéis econômicos não têm esse nível de má higiene e limpeza! Lamento dizer que NUNCA MAIS ficarei no PC Lahore e irei para um hotel alternativo que oferece atendimento e atendimento ao cliente muito melhores e onde os níveis de higiene são o que você esperaria de um hotel premium / de marca.  Observe que as avaliações genuínas de 5 estrelas listadas no Trip Advisor são principalmente de residentes locais de Lahore que vêm de manhã ao restaurante do hotel APENAS para o café da manhã (e não para ficar). This review is for a three day stay in April 2022. This was our first hotel stay in Pakistan on our first visit to the country. I cannot even begin to describe how awesome the customer service at this hotel was. The rooms were great, food was excellent, staff extremely courteous.I look forward to visiting again in the future. When you first walk in you will be amazed at the lobby area and range of restaurants and a mini shopping area within its grounds. It's genuinely on a grand scale with very high quality fixtures and fittings. There is a nice communal ambience that draws people in to spend time here. The concierge service and especially one gentleman named Naheem really made us feel well and informed in every aspect and comfortable. That said, I wish I could say the same about the rooms and room cleaning. They felt very dated and flafter the rooms were cleaned, they were not at the level expected or the hotel deserves. Overall a great enjoyable stay and we would come back, however we would be inspect the room prior to unpacking.

I am very happy to spend nights at PC Hotel Lahore.One of the memorable moments of my life.I am very happy with the services of PC Hotel which has very neat and clean room and cleanliness management is very high.PC Hotel is the best hotel in Pakistan.Whenever I come to Lahore, I would prefer to stay only at PC Lahore. I love PC Hotel Lahore.

Travelled back to Pakistan from the UK after 18 years with my family. Stayed in hotel rooms 776, 778 & 780. Hotel was clean and had decent facilities. Breakfast choice was great with excellent Pakistani tea. Housekeeping staff was extremely helpful as they really looked after us and went the extra mile.Access to the Executive Lounge was also included and had decent choice of refreshments.Location is ideal as close to the food outlets and shopping centres.Security at the hotel was top notch as all the staff were very welcoming, especially Mr Babu.The hotel rooms can do with a bit of renovation as they are looking a bit dated.

Worst experience ever. Can't even begin to list the issues we encountered. We had 11 rooms booked and stayed 2 nights and even though we wanted to extend the stay the poor condition of the property and the cleanliness changed our minds. 1. The rooms were filthy and not cleaned properly. 2. There were bugs in the sheets 3. Washrooms had black fungus and hair and seemed like it never gets cleaned properly 4. Out of 11 rooms 5 had no air conditioning 5. The service was poor and after several attempts on getting them to fix the AC or check the issue they would send someone to tell us how to use a thermostat. That's how bad the service is 6. The room booked for special guest had issues with the washroom sink not draining 7. Room service food arrived 2 hours after placing the orderThese are some of the issues that made the stay and the experience horrible. All of these things could've been addressed. When discussed with the property manager the response was we are aware of these issues. Yet they still choose to give us rooms in these conditions.Check out was painful and took over 3 hours. They can't keep track of their bills. They did not make any adjustments to the cost even after all the issues were pointed out with pictures and constant requests.Worst experience for way too overpriced stay for what you get. Would not recommend staying here especially if you are staying with family.
