Localização perfeita em Miami Beach, próximo ao centro, próximo a Lincoln Road, 3 quadras da praia, quarto ótimo, apesar de estar em um conjunto de prédios art deco o hotel é todo moderno e bom cuidado. A piscina aquecida é um capítulo à parte, chegar de um dia de passeios e entrar na água morna é um presente relaxante para o corpo. Sem esquecer que 90% da equipe fala português por ser uma rede de Portugal sendo que muitos funcionários são brasileiros.

Um hotel próximo aos melhores lugares de Miami South Beach, ficando apenas a uma quadra da Praia e duas quadras da Lincoln Road uma avenida repleta de lojas e restaurantes. O hotel oferece um ótimo atendimento e uma boa parte dos funcionários são Brasileiros, ou seja, mesmo que você não fale em inglês vai se sentir em casa. As acomodações são muito organizadas e confortáveis.

Muito bom! Quartos aconchegantes e com colchões confortaveis e lençóis quentes. Mas o colchão do quarto 4202 tem o sofá cama em forma de "V",mas não é por isso que vou deixar de dar 5 estrelas. Para além dos quartos o pequeno-almoço era muito delicioso. Continuem com o bom trabalho.👏👍"português"

Hotel bem localizado, a poucos minutos da lincoln road. Reclamei do pobre e mal feito café da manhã, sem pão de qualidade nem ovos mexidos bem feitos. O ar condicionado no quarto era muito barulhento e incomodava imenso. A isolação acústica era péssima e escutava se tudo o que se passava nos quartos vizinhos, do lado e de cima!As minhas reclamações não eram nenhuma novidade para os responsáveis na gerência do Hotel. Estranhei que em vez de soluções apresentavam......... explicações. Recomendo muito cuidado no check-in para escolherem bem o quarto .

Aspectos positivos, localização , pequeno almoço razoável, atendimento da receção razoável,falam português. Aspectos negativos, o quarto,o colchão muito mau, muito barulho, sujo, o ar condicionado do quarto faz muito barulho, e cobra taxa de resort $ 24 por quarto, para utilizar a praia, mesmo que não se utilize.O bar fecha às 22h,os serviços não corresponde a um hotel de 4 estrelas. E desprestígia a cadeia Pestana.Não recomendo.

Everything from start to finish was unexpected, and not in a good way. The hotel smelled like mildew and looked liked like a scene from an old scary movie. The room was a good size, but that is the only good thing I have to say. Guests in the room next to us were smoking, the locks didn't close all the way, the AC didn't work and neither did the electic outlets.

Habitaciones espaciosas y muy limpias. El servicio te deja agua todos los días. Sin duda lo más remarcable es el personal del hotel. El manager nos ayudó en todo momento y nos facilitó tanto las entradas como las salidas. Volvería encantado.

The staff is great they make you feel like family. It is a home away from home. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful heated pool and a terrific front porch to sit and chill. The manager Luis is great and a true gentleman. I look forward to my next stay.

Fiquei 4 noites neste hotel com a minha filha de 18 anos. Adorámos! O hotel é muito bonito, bem cuidado e muito bem localizado, com boa música ambiente. A área da piscina é excelente, com água aquecida, sol durante todo o dia e toalhas à disposição. Tem também área reservada na praia, com espreguiçadeiras e guarda sol. Os funcionários são impecáveis. O nosso especial obrigada ao Juan, ao Luís e ao gerente João Alhais que tornaram a nossa estadia ainda melhor, sempre com um sorriso e educação exemplar, e nos ajudaram em tudo o que necessitámos. Voltaremos para o ano!

We stayed at the Hotel for several nights and will always remember the amazing heated pool. We enjoyed the pool first thing in the morning, literally. During our stay, we jumped into the heated pool between 7:00 and 8:00 am.The water temperature, so good, OMG, amazing! The Hotel has a very convenient location, so during the day we could enjoy the area and at still use the pool at night. The staff and the managers were really kind and profissional, always ready to help and provide useful information. We highly recommend the Hotel and will for sure return!Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The property and facilities were amazing! Staff was courteous, super friendly and accommodating which made our stay even better. Heated pool open later than most hotels!! Great location, walking distance to many good restaurants and bars and a beautiful section of the beach. Great for couples! Rooms were ok. Already planning my next trip! Thank you Pestana South Beach for making our much needed getaway from the cold an exceptional experience!

Pestana South Beach Room #1203 The bad * Broken safe, TV and toilet * Creaky bed * Right over the patio and noisy from early in the morning until very late at night - TIP: run the fan on the AC unit continually not on auto. * Also right across from the elevator * No valet despite saying they on their website * Terrible coffee in room * Very worn overall The good * Nice towels * I like the sink design * Charging station with USB and AC ports (just be careful when you turn off the lights. The “all off” button also turns the charging station off) * Mini refrigerator and free bottled water * AC works well * The man from maintenance the lady with housekeeping were both very nice. Neutral but FYI * All of the bathroom products (hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) are in large pump dispensers. If that creeps you out, bring your own

Superb location, clean and spacious rooms, cheerful and helpful staff, tidy pool, no complaints here, other than the lack of valet parking (you need to drive about a block away and self park in a dark, dingy and slightly intimidating multi-storey car park - hence the 4, not 5, stars). First World problems, eh? If 4.5 stars could be awarded I’d award that 😊

Stayed at the Pestana for just one night - hotel is in a good location and very conveniently next to the convention center. The overall vibe is casual and nice; the rooms are ok but not 4 star kind of rooms.However the service at the hotel makes up for everything - the entire staff, each and every person is courteous and go out of their way to help you.I would stay here again just for the service.

All stuff members we met are super nice. Always with a smile and a free water bottle to give. Location is great. It's very close to everything yet very quiet. The room was nice and clean. There was one issue, that A/C fan was blowing too strong directly on the bed. We ended up turning it off and opening the window. It was November so the weather was very nice.

I think 3 stars is fair. The carpet is old and musty and it needs new interior paint. The pool is decent. Hallways always smell like weed. Room was clean but gross to me that there was no mattress protector, no fitted sheet or duvet cover. It’s just a flat sheet on the mattress and the duvet is sandwiched between two flat sheets. That all being said it is a very short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The hotel provides you with beach towels and a voucher to get beach loungers which is great. I think for what we paid it was all good experience. I would recommend if you want to visit south beach and not spend a fortune on a hotel.

Amazing hotel. Was upgraded to a larger room upon arrival and met with very nice service from the reception desk. Rooms are an unusual design with amazing graffiti art around the room. My favourite feature was the heated pool allowing you to swim at any time everyday. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Es un hotel chico, con habitaciones remodeladas a nuevo. Tienen un excelente servicio, atienden muy bien a los huéspedes y tienen sombrillas y reposteras incluidas en la playa. Si bien no tiene salida a la playa directo( queda a dos cuadras) tienen este servicio más toallas y agua. Las camadas NO son cómodas. Nos dieron una habitación y tuvimos q pedir que nos cambien porque no pudimos dormir de los hundido y gastado q estaba el colchón. Nos cambiaron de habitación a una mucho mejor sin ningún costo, y si bien la cama era mejor no era cómoda. El servicio de limpieza es realizado cada dos días pero te lo avisan cuando haces el check in.

Hermoso hotel relacion precio-calidad. Muy cerca de la playa y cuenta con reposeras y sombrilla. La pileta muy linda tambien. La ubicacion muy buena. Solo podrian mejorar camas y almohadas, eso es basico para poder descansar bien.
