“Clean room with balcony on 1st floor
But you said refreshment were available all day from 8 am well you know that is not true. We travelled with coach party on Oct 3rd, so far so good. But at no time were we or any of the people in our party of 46 people able to get any refreshments, at all. un till after 8.30pm I'm disappointed that when I pointed out to the coach company, they queried with you and you told them it was openwhen you know that is not true. Most everyone in our party used the bar/restaurant next door for any hot or cold drink and snacks . You're bar was not open till 8.30pm. It was bolted from outside as well as in darkness. It's a pity because next door made us welcome and we spent a good bit of cash their ,”
