“Unfortunately I had an incident with the lifeguard, on late night pool duty . I don't feel this incidint was taken seriously. However the Manager was nice , and tried his best to be sympathetic. Being harrased in a pool by a lifeguard was not fun.Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy my stay .”

La cadena hotelera tiene una gran demanda entre la población local, y no solo entre los visitantes, por lo que las habitaciones lucen desgastadas. Pero hay una categoría interesante de habitaciones para huéspedes con una estadía prolongada: habitaciones con juego de cocina y estufa. Porque Es bastante caro comer en el hotel, por lo que puedes cocinar solo y en tu habitación. El servicio del hotel es bueno, todas las solicitudes se procesan rápidamente. Un vestíbulo muy bonito y funcional en el hotel, puede celebrar una reunión o negociaciones con seguridad allí. Y lo más importante - SPA, uno de los mejores en Almaty.”
