“The staff was great and I thought the room was very nice, though it was showing a little bit of wear and tear (missing towel hook, etc...). Also, my room (306) was in the hallway where everyone on the east walks by. Not the hotel's fault, but lots of very loud late night revelers walking by that woke me up. Loved the library for a quiet pastry in the morning. And the grounds looked nice, though I didn't get a chance to get to the pool.”

“Our Stay at the Rosewood, Just a fantastic experience! Yes we had problems with check-in and some reservations. But you stay at a 5 star because of service. Mohamed and staff were unbelievable correcting all quickly. The staff was friendly and engaging, confirming our requests with a follow up call. From the Concierge to Jason poolside always had a smile and always ready to help. The restaurants a great foodie experience and special thank you to Cafe Boulud manager Arturo for going out of his way to make our stay a great experience. We have found a new home in Nassau!”
