Superior relaxing experiences. Spa temple and huge en suite bathroom. Delicious breakfast and very tasty dinner at Rum Shed.

A very perfect place to relax with families with cool and fresh atmosphere specially the beach are very clean and clear. My children were very happy with the heated pool and large yard to play. But the thatch roof are so damaged slurry water were leaking everywhere and spreading on our terrace and make it dirty this make the hotel very awful .

Shanti Maurice “Solid family style property with an Indian hint” Likes: beautiful really big territory, amazing beach one side lagoon one side ocean, attentive personnel, good zoning - there is place for everybody. It’s not very new but solid and well done - spacious rooms, Indian art - colonial grandeur everywhere. Food is very very good - even buffet here is quality and diverse. You can walk the endless beach and enjoy sunset. Not many places in Mauritius can boast that. Dislikes: WiFi was not working in our room - probably because it was too far from the main building.

Our stay at the Shanti Maurice was awesome. We stayed there for ten days. I have rarely experienced a team so focused on the customer, doing everything to make sure that the'their stay is perfect. The staff is incredibly considerate and friendly. Then the food: of all 3 restaurants, we didn't have a preference since the quality of the ingredients was great in all three of them. They also grow on the premises some of the vegetables and herbs they use to cook, so that's super fresh. Activities: there are quite a lot of activities available on site, from golf to paddling to yoga and archery, you can always find something to do - the instructors are super nice. If there is one drawback, that would be the very thin walls we had in our junior suite. With 2 different loud neighbors, that was the only dark spot in an otherwise sunny vacation. All in all that was a great week and a half, super relaxing. I feel like if I ever go back to Maurice, I'd stay at the Shanti!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The kids loved the pool and the beach. Staff were the best part, they really made us feel special, nothing was too much trouble. They also made the kids feel special. Taking away great memories of a family holiday.
