“My daughter and I had 2 double beds and there was still plenty of space. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linen was of high quality. There were 4 soft comfortable pillows on each bed. There was a full bathroom which had plenty of bath towels, hand towels and face cloths. We had a view of the pool area, which has life guards on duty, and the Eiffel Tower.
There is a walkway, that takes you over the road to other hotels and high end shopping. It was pleasing to see so many families, with children of all ages.
This is a very family friendly hotel.
There is a casino on the ground floor.
There was plenty of security staff, so I felt quite safe. There is a free shuttle bus, which takes you to many places.
I’ve saved the best till last. The best asset in this hotel is their staff. I found all of them to be friendly, courteous, very professional and helpful. The only thing I would comment on is the language barrier. Not many staff could speak or understand English. Maybe management could organise English classes for the staff. Overall, a fantastic hotel 💕💕💕”

I have stayed in a lot of Sheraton in north America and I can say, this Sheraton is definitely look nicer, the room is pretty clean and have a great view. They also have great service, the people there are energetic, friendly and helpful. Would recommend stay in this hotel if you visit Macau”
