“Let’s start with the few positive thinks in this resort...Lovely beach,clean room and nice design of the resort.
Negative are the following:
-horrible staff In the restaurant (no smiling,no talking and not understanding English )
-food was every single day the same
-my son was sick for 2 days and in that evening I go to the buffet to take some food for him and when I want to go to the room with the plate I was stopped by one of the lady telling me that is not allowed to take food out from the restaurant .
I explain her the situation and I had to explain to other 5 people the same thing and on the end (after 45min) I was able to take some food to my son.
-we’ve been to the casino in one evening and we didn’t look to see if is allowed to go in with kids but nobody was on the entrance to tell us that is not allowed and after 5 min the security guy came and took us like we’ve been dogs telling us OUT OUT...horrible attitude .
Are many more to say but I’m stopping here.
