Fiz uma reserva com 3 meses de antecedência, confirmei a reserva 3 dias antes e quando cheguei haviam hospedado outra pessoa no meu quarto.

Hotel with lots of potential. During our stay they were doing some works to improve the hotel, but this meant that there was no heating in the rooms. They provided mobile heaters, which kind of fixed the problem of being in a cold Room. The hot water was not working either, so we needed to ask to the reception to turn it on. Rooms are not noiseproofed, so we could not really rest in the night as other guests on top of us were waling constantly up and down the room, listening to music and showering. As a compensation the hotel paid us the transfer to the airport which I found nice of them. The staff is really nice!

On one of Cuzco's few relatively quiet streets, it's a beautiful place with large and comfortable rooms. The wifi can be temperamental, which is true of many hotels in Peru.

The hotel is a boutiqe hotel. You can notice it from the first moment you enter (and we entered at 5 AM😀). The hotel managed to enable early check in for us. Breakfast at the hotel is one of the best we had in Peru (and we are already 10 days in the country). Breakfast includes french toasts, home made jams, yogurt, cirials, fresh fruit juice, avocado salad and much more. Location is in the historical erea 5 minutes walk from the san pedro market (must see). Staff is very kind and helpful.

El hotel es espectacular. El edificio es precioso y el trabajo de restauración muy respetuoso con la arquitectura original. El personal del hotel es encantador y estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de nuestras necesidades. Sin duda, uno de los mejores hoteles de Cusco, ¡no te lo pierdas!

Staff is most impressive ... Front desk, Cocina, and generally. Beautiful clean rooms that are large in a nice boutique hotel with outdoor terraces. Breakfast buffet is incredible - fresh juice and fruits, bread and jams, made to order omelettes. Even dinner was delicious. Thank you again for your hospitality!

Charming hotel with very helpful staff.Rooms were beautiful and clean.Beds were comfy with nice down comforters.Ample and delicious breakfast with cook to order eggs.Coca tea was always available.Perfect location to walking to sights!Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Excellent small hotel with great staff. The shuttle from the airport was on time with no problems and a comfortable ride. The hotel ordered taxis for us which cost 7-10 sols to go to places such as shopping malls or back to the airport. The inside courtyard is gorgeous as in the photos. Breakfast was a little limited but they offer eggs on top of the continental style selection. French toast was very good. Coffee is provided though cappuccino is extra. There is plenty of free mineral water in the room. We had a deluxe room with a separate bathroom, shower cubicle, a private courtyard, sitting area and two large beds. Minor issues in the room are the TV not working and the shower cubicle having no door. Internet was OK.

Excelente hotel! Y a un precio muy bueno. La atención es de primera. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y el desayuno muy bueno. 100% recomendable. La ubicación es perfecta. A unas cuantas cuadras del centro.

Es un bonito alojamiento donde se puede estar en familia. La gente es muy atenta y amable y la infraestructura está ubicada en una casa colonial antigua lo cual lo hace muy atractiva. La iluminación por la noches es mágica. Le da un toque especial

Mejorar entrada al baño , dentro de la habitación , NO puede ser una cortina. Personal muy amable , buen desayuno si eres de los primeros, deben reponer más . Cerca de todo ! Calle de acceso muy oscura .

A great hotel overall, rooms were amazing and spacious. The bathrooms were clean. The restaurant on the second floor has great, although limited, vegetarian options. Very accommodating staff. Very close to main attractions in Cuzco.

More than what I expected. I highly recommend this hotel. I like the fact that it is not too close to the main square as sometimes the clubs are a bit noisy. it is close tho, 7 mom walk. Service is great, room Fabulous. I will come back.
