“The Kimpton Grey was a fabulous place to spend the weekend while on business. I've never been to Chicago before and Bobby at the front desk was very kind and patient with all of my questions that I had about the city. Even with the Covid restrictions and protocols, everything was made to feel a comfortable as possible. He did his best and it showed. Thanks, Bobby for a wonderful stay.”

“Incredible experience. We only stayed one night, but will definitely stay again in the future. The hotel interior is very impressive. Marble everywhere and very clean! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival to our room, we were taken aback by the modern decor and comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very cozy. The room was stocked with snacks, drinks, and booze, all for an additional charge if consumed. I would have loved to drink that can of diet coke, but it was an extra $5 😬 The bathroom was stocked with towels, and great soaps and shampoos. If you've forgotten anything, the staff will gladly help you out. By far the nicest, and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at! Can't wait for out next stay! P.S. Film crews were outside the hotel at night shooting Batwoman!”
