Bem localizado, Acomodações excepcionais, mistura de clássico e moderno muito bem conjugadas que se traduzem num espaço requintado e elegante... Pessoal(staff) muito educado e gentil, especialmente a Sra Sharon Leone da recepção (uma simpatia). Gostei muito do acesso direto ao mar, mas detestei o cheiro a mofo que todos os quartos tem, devido ao ar condicionado não ser limpocertamente à muito tempo. Também não se admite que um hotel da rede Carlton não tenha o ar condicionado a trabalhar em condições, isto é: o serviço é centralizado, e cada hóspede não consegue colocar a temperatura que prefere.

I stayed in The Westin Dragonara Resort in Malta for 3 nights, being on a business trip and I liked my stay very much. I got a large room with the sea and outdoor pool view which was well equipped and it was a quiet place to sleep which I highly appreciate. The location of the resort is right at the seashore. Breakfast was fantastic and rich in options to choose from, wellness and fitness center was well equipped and not overcrowded. I enjoyed the steam and whirlpool much, and I appreciated also a short swim in the indoor pool. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Basically, everything was as I would expect it to be in a 5-star hotel. Thank you for that ! :)

What a stunning hotel. From the moment we walked in, to the moment we left, my husband and I were treated with respect and professionalism. We cannot fault it. The room was very comfortable, clean and the housekeeping staff were brilliant. Andrijana in the top floor lounge gets a personal mention. She couldn’t do more for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The cleanest and friendliest Hotel we've been to. Fantastic breakfast spread. Only gave 4 stars for location as left side of town was not that appealing, but right part was fantastic (we only discovered the right part on day 3 of our stay. Wouldhave been nice if staff made us aware). Overall it was a fantastic experience

Excellent and friendly service! We had such a great stay, and the staff was very attentive. Even though the hotel is located next to St Julian's, it is quiet even if you decide to sit outside on your balcony. Nevertheless, there is one drawback: the bathrooms. Who designed bathroom appliances like that? It does not matter if you use the sink or the different shower functions... you instantly create your own indoor pool. So be aware if you do not want to change clothes every time you wash your hands :-)

My wife and I stayed for 7 days. The staff was welcoming and provided to our every request. The lounge is nice and provides a nice hideaway from the rest of the property. 6-8 pm a light meal and drinks are served. The lounge staff was very friendly. The check in team was awesome, our room was not ready but they took our international phone number and called as soon as it was. We were able to check our bags into a waiting area and they were delivered later that day to our room. Each day we enjoyed the breakfast on the Terrace. The staff was very attentive and the meals were very nice and a huge variety of options. Many other great features and we hope to be back soon with the rest of our family.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Beds were plush and comfy. In a family room we had 2 queen beds. Gorgeous location right on the water. Breakfast was fantastic - lots to choose from and we enjoyed sitting outside by the pool. Plenty of towels, complimentary bottled water, and free parking on site. The club lounge offered breakfast in the morning and wine and appetizers in the evening. Offerings in the club lounge were a bit limited (other than breakfast only 6-8 pm) but it was a nice view! Enjoyed the pianist in the lobby in the evening. Great amenities, comfortable well-appointed rooms! A great place to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay in the Westin Dragonara. Stayed in a tower room which has a fab balcony over the sea and great pool views also!Appreciated the nice touch with a bottle of wine on arrival. Love that they have segregated waste bins and plenty usb charging points. Fab pool and beach areas, great service at beach bar and lobby bar. Great facilities with the indoor pool, steam room and sauna. Special shout out to Peter who was really good to us during our stay too!

En la lounge tuvimos un servicio excelente: en el desayuno con con Sabit y Tamara, quienes nos hicieron sentir en casa y no necesitábamos pedir porque ya sabían lo que queríamos. Amables y recomendaciones de turismo excelentes. En la cena con Andrijana y su compañera que nos amenizaban las veladas con su amabilidad y su gusto por los detalles. Grandes profesionales, igual que Miguel, del equipo de recepción. Todos hicieron que no quisiéramos irnos. Una experiencia genial!

Incredible stay. Had one of the best holidays I’ve had staying in this beautiful hotel. The decor is very classy and luxurious and you feel like your a world away from the bustling streets of St Julians. Rooms are very spacious with every amenity you could think of. The facilities are well maintained and the abundance of sun loungers means there is no rush to get a space. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed at with very attentive staff members. Will definitely be back.

Nice European Hotel, however the amenities have a bait and switch when it comes to the "pets allowed " .The pet, in our case a wee Yorkie, was not allowed anywhere except in our room. Even with her inside a carrier ..not permitted to sit in the lobby area .. i fail to see any Pet friendliness here..just a hook to get you to book the accommodation.

This is how a resort should be done! Top notch service from the moment you arrive. Everyone is friendly, smiling and make you feel welcome. The staff seems to be genuinely happy with what they do...as much as one can be when working. Valet, bell captain and registration staff were all very helpful. The location and views are absolutely spectacular. Food and service in the lobby bar is very good. The breakfast buffet is huge and very, very good. Our server, both mornings, was very good, very friendly and informative about local culture, local food and customs. The same can be said for all of the lobby bar staff. They were friendly, interactive and informative about local things to do and sights to see. The concierge was very helpful in helping to select important and/or pleasant heritage sights to visit on a compressed schedule. Provided materials, maps to ease the tour. My rental car had a flat on the last morning there. HERTZ roadside service wanted €80 to come change the tire. A valet at the hotel, in full uniform, insisted on changing it for me and tried to refuse the modest €30 tip for doing it. The property is also close to the hot entertainment and dining section of the city. I absolutely cannot say enough positive about this resort!

Update - Seeing as This Westin has miraculously claimed my reviews were false and had them taken down by Google, I'm attaching the stay, so Google knows that I was there, and the issue is valid and this location is the deceptive entity. Shame on you and your team for trying to hide the issue. I stayed for two nights and slept on the couch one night due to the room not cooling down, and to my dismay, my neck and back were eaten alive by what appeared to be bed bugs or some other critter. I spoke with management, and they assured me no such a thing was possible when my neck and back told a much different story. They said that they cleaned the room and refused to refund any monies back because clearly, my bites were somehow my fault. This is unacceptable as I stay in roughly 200-250 hotels a year and have never been attacked by bed bugs or anything like it, and I'm disgusted and appalled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. As also previously stated with the hotel, it doesn't have just to be bed bugs to do the damage that was laid to my neck and back. They have zero customer service, nor do they care about the people that stay at the hotel. Clearly, this is stated by their boilerplate response. Pictures attached

Here for a conference. Solid business hotel. As Titanium, got an upgraded room facing the ocean. Nice view. Great sized balcony. Great bathroom. Didn't feel like anyone was going out of their way to provide great service, but no complaints, either. Oh.. good room-service burger and fries for a typical, high, room-service price.

Un hotel genial...un trato excepcional y muy buenas instalaciones..recomendable 100x100..en especial a María( gallega) que trabaja allí y nos ayudaron un montón sus indicaciones y su profesionalidad....los camareros,recepcionista etc se portaron de cine con nuestros peques...gracias..

Buen hotel de lujo muy cercano a la zona de marcha de San Julián, aunque separado convenientemente. Con piscinas y acceso privado al mar, que no playa... Se echan en falta algunos detalles para una estancia óptima, como más organización en los desayunos (si no vas a primera hora hay cola siempre), más amenities en la habitación y sobretodo que tanto los restaurantes como el reef club permiten acceso para no alojados en el hotel lo cual le quita algo de exclusividad y tranquilidad... Y por último, aquí no habla español nadie, lo cual puede o no ser un problema según las capacidades de cada uno pero es un fallo para un 5 estrellas.

Quizás el mejor hotel en Malta. Gran servicio, muy buenas instalaciones, buena restauración. Zona "solo adultos" con acceso privado a costa para baño en el mar. Inolvidable una cena a luz de la luna en el "Boathouse". También es "friendly" para familias con niños pequeños.
