Foi um sonho ficar neste hotel! A equipe foi muito simpática e a comida também era muito boa. A piscina era muito adequada para crianças e adultos. O hotel superou nossas expectativas. Ficamos lá 14 dias seguidos, o que você realmente não pode recomendar é a praia do hotel. Ravi da equipe de serviço atendeu a todos os nossos desejos.

This is my first time here in this beautiful island,and i couldn't wish for a better place to stay then the westin hotel. The hotel staff are amazing, very professional, very friendly and very helpful! The food is amazing! There's 5 different restaurants and they are all great! The view from every spot here is just like paradise! Can't wait to be back! Esta é a minha primeira vez aqui nesta bela ilha, e eu não poderia desejar um lugar melhor para ficar do que o hotel Westin. A equipe do hotel é incrível, muito profissional, muito simpática e prestativa! A comida é incrível! Há 5 restaurantes diferentes e todos são ótimos! A vista de todos os pontos aqui é como o paraíso! Mal posso esperar para voltar!

Situated in the north west of the island. Staff across all sectors were fantastic. Made our stay extra special as we were celebrating two special events.Only concern were that there were too many flies whether at t gy e main restaurant or by the beach. Otherwise we had an enjoyable time.

Minha esposa e eu tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa neste hotel. Tudo foi absolutamente perfeito! A equipe foi notável, menção especial para o Sr. Jamil que foi adorável conosco. O hotel é realmente luxuoso, um verdadeiro hotel 5 estrelas com toda infraestrutura necessária. O buffet foi excelente e muito variado com outros restaurantes à la carte, incluindo a fusão que torna o sushi excepcional. Temos memórias incríveis deste fabuloso hotel que recomendamos.

We had a fantastic stay. The room facilities were excellent and all staff were extremely attentive, pleasant and helpful. Some definitely went the extra-mile. Kevin and his Beach Grill team were particularly great (Avanash, Pascal and Mehfooza were notably professional and delightful).The food was delicious at all the restaurants in resort. Mystique was particularly delicious for dinner whilst the Beach Grill was ace for lunch - the Fisherman’s dinner night there was also fabulous and well worth the money.All the activities and trips we did on the island were fine, but we were always glad to get back to the resort itself, it has so much to offer.I would highly recommend going all inclusive and booking a massage (they are incredible!). Take a load off and relax.

Hospitality, service and employees gesture is amazing. Yet I was bit disappointed about the quality of food as I expected more gastronomical experience as I would envisage from five stars hotel. We've stayed in a junior suite, amazing location and room yet I would recommend Installation of a card reader on the back garden open shower area for a better customer experience. One last thing that disturbed me, every time a request a cola it is followed directly with the Invoice to sign - I understand this would be required at some instances whereby the guest would drink alcohol and forget to sign, yet I was only drinking Cola! I felt that they they are afraid I will run away! Apart from the above, I was pleasantly satisfied experiencing our stay at Westin Turtle beach. cleanliness and room service is remarkable Hospitalidade, serviço e gesto dos funcionários é incrível. No entanto, fiquei um pouco decepcionado com a qualidade da comida, pois esperava mais experiência gastronômica como eu imaginaria de um hotel cinco estrelas. Ficamos em uma suíte júnior, localização e quarto incríveis, mas eu recomendaria a instalação de um leitor de cartão na área do chuveiro aberto do jardim traseiro para uma melhor experiência do cliente. Uma última coisa que me incomodou, toda vez que um pedido de cola é seguido diretamente com a fatura para assinar - eu entendo que isso seria necessário em alguns casos em que o hóspede bebia álcool e se esquecia de assinar, mas eu estava apenas bebendo Cola! Eu senti que eles têm medo que eu fuja! Além do exposto, fiquei agradavelmente satisfeito com a nossa estadia na praia Westin Turtle. limpeza e serviço de quarto é notável

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa neste hotel! O serviço é impecável. É digno de um 5 estrelas. O quarto é bem espaçoso além de ser de frente para o mar e a roupa de cama é confortável. Buffet muito variado tanto no café da manhã quanto no jantar.Experiência para renovar!

Beach side resort in a quiet location on the north west shore of Mauritius. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Resort ambience is excellent. Bedrooms are spacious and facing the beach. Depending on the bedroom location it can be a bit of a walk to get to the main dining areas and reception. Buffet has a wide variety but the items were repeated. Ala Carte orders resulted in being served recycled food and service was also not upto a global luxury hotel standard. The friendly serving staff more than made up for lapses on the food front. The location of the hotel is difficult for guests intending to see the islands tourist attractions. The resort is better suited to guests who intend to stay in the resort and enjoy rest and relaxation and the resort facilities - swimming pools, gym, beach, water sport activities, etc which are more than enough to compensate for the distance and time it takes to visit outside attractions.

It's about an hour drive from the airport but most nice hotels are about that same time from the airport.Hotel is by the beach. Staff are always ready to help and make your stay enjoyable.Breakfast buffet is quite good with a wide variety.For families, the family rooms are nice and there's kids play area were staff are available to keep kids entertained while the adults can truly relax.Food and drinks are well priced Fica a cerca de uma hora de carro do aeroporto, mas a maioria dos bons hotéis fica na mesma hora do aeroporto.Hotel fica na praia. Os funcionários estão sempre prontos para ajudar e tornar a sua estadia agradável.O buffet de pequeno-almoço é bastante bom com uma grande variedade.Para as famílias, os quartos familiares são agradáveis e há uma área de recreação infantil, onde os funcionários estão disponíveis para manter as crianças entretidas enquanto os adultos podem realmente relaxar.As comidas e bebidas são bem pagas

Para mí, la mejor representación del paraíso. Un lugar increíble. De los que tienen que estar en tu lista de “cosas que probar antes de morir”. Pasamos nuestra luna de miel en el hotel y solo puedo decir que es impresionante, tanto el trato que fue de lo más exquisito como la comodidad de las instalaciones, la suite que fue tremenda, con terrazas, baño enorme, salón y habitación. Tiene varios restaurantes, algunos a la carta otros bufet. Todo el personal es extremadamente amable, resolutivo y atento, ña limpieza es impecable y la localización de las mejores que hay en la isla. Ofrecen actividades acuáticas, la extensión de las instalaciones te permite encontrar cientos de rincones que explorar y disfrutar. Para las personas acostumbradas al ambiente y estilo de vida del Caribe, resulta muy diferente esta experiencia. Nosotrxs estamos encantadxs, una manera extraordinaria de empezar nuestra vida juntos. Recordaremos para siempre esa cama con vistas al mar en la que nos despertábamos cada mañana. Y volveremos seguro para celebrar algún aniversario. :)
