“Extremely overpriced for the type of amenities. Paid 140 CAD before taxes. We stayed at this hotel as a midpoint between the airport and the resort we would move to the next morning. We arrived almost by midnight after our taxi driver had a hard time finding the place (it seems to be better known by another name). We got our room on the second floor and we had to carry our suitcases up, fortunately we were traveling light, but I mention this because of accessibility issues. The room seemed clean but there was no toilet paper, the sink and shower did not drain properly and the toilet had problems flushing. The only redeeming characteristics are the big galon of drinkable water available in the rooml offers a great system for late check in.”

“Stayed at this property for two nights. This property has two hotels within the same compound and they share the pool and maybe other facilities. The name of the other hotel was more prominent that the name of this one. (See photos) On reaching the property, went to the reception and was given the key to the assigned room for checking to see if it is acceptable to me. The room looked decent enough and I had accepted the room. I was given a full page small caps sort of "disclaimer" or "Lease Agreement" to sign. This is the first time in my entire life that I had to sign such a lengthy legal document to stay in a hotel. Basically, this was exonerating (absolving) the property from any claims etc. by me. There was also one line which said that I will pay the daily electricity bill. However, the lady at the reception stated that the electricity was included in the total cost that I was paying for the room. Noise: This was not an issue in the ground floor room that I had. But you can hear people talking outside. The room was not sound proof. Water: The water for bathing and kitchen etc was "brackish" (salty). They did have a drinking water system in the room, with a 20 liter bottle. However, this was empty when I got the room. I did not go back to the reception to ask them to refill same as my expectation was that someone would have inspected the room before they rent it out. Also, I did not want to go back to the reception again to get another cold treatment. Reception: Not the best. They can improve their customer relations much more than what they are doing now. For example: I had gone back to them as the safe was locked. Normally, someone from the reception would have come and unlocked the safe but I was given the key to unlock the safe and then return the key back to the reception. Checkout time: They were very strict abut this. I was told that I have to pay US$ 10 per hour starting 1200 Hrs, for every hour or part of an hour that I overstay. My request was to leave at 1300 or 1400 Hrs. Bedroom: They had a very thin bedsheet. There was no comforter or blanket or thicker blanket provided. I did not go back to the reception to ask for same.”
