“The staff was nice and the rooms clean. The location next to a Subway station and near Times Square is optimal. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The coffee machine was never working and there was little to choose from. It seemed like no one was working there because towards the end of breakfast, nobody refilled the food. You have to grab water bottles from a fridge in the breakfast area yourself if you want more because there is no room service whatsoever. Overall, the hotel felt like a 3-star hotel.”
