“It's okay, I stayed on 9th floor and nothing spectacular to report. There are shops and a restaurant in the compound if you don't have transportation to move around. There are cute iguanas at the pool and I saw several dogs at the lobby. Receptionist ( Sierra) was friendly . I enjoyed the Cuban coffee ☕”

“The hotel wasn’t really giving what it was supposed to gave. The hotel didn’t really look like the pictures. The room was pretty basic but clean I will say. I mean the hotel wasn’t horrible but it’s a basic hotel the amenities weren’t the best. The location is far from everything. I did not like any of the food I only ate it because I was hungry. The pool was dirty there was lots of hair and dust in the pool. It did not even smell like chlorine so I doubt there was any chlorine in there which makes the pool clean. Mr Hilton would not be happy. I feel like I got hotelfished to be honest. I’m only giving 3 stars because customer service was phenomenal and the employees were very nice”
