“This is a great family resort. This is my family's 3rd time visiting this hotel, and we will come back. This hotel is a great way to break up a Disney vacation, either cruise or park. The service we received at the pool, valet, restaurants, and check-in was 5 Stars. My daughter loves the lazy river, which we spent two full days coming back from the keys. The staff around the pool was accommodating and attentive. I wish they had more of the restaurants open or outdoor seating, and hopefully, after Covid, this will change. The rooms are showing their age, but the room was immaculate.”
