When I checked in, I was given a key to an occupied room.Before I took two steps into the room, I saw there were clothes laundered everywhere. Obviously, I was reassigned a room... Would I consider this a 4 star hotel?NEVER.At best, this would be a 2.5 star hotel.They try to market "classic', but really it is just OLD.Stains in the carpet and no deadbolt on the door.The room has a musky old smell. Never thought I'd feel unsafe in a hotel room until I unknowingly walked into an occupied room.As a female on a work trip, I would never ever recommend this place or stay here again.Looking at the hotel's canned responses from other people's reviews, they obviously don't care...Regardless of their price or advertisements, DO NOT STAY HERE.

An old, beautiful, clean, and well kept hotel that was a very good price for being in downtown Chicago ! We wanted to do a surprise stay and we found a great beautiful room for around $135! Loved the size of the bed and was very sturdy. Highly recommend

Must be taking cues from Vegas, or Ticket Master on how to take more money from guests.

Lembre-se de usar ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ ao reservar qualquer resort. Este site irá comparar centenas de sites de reservas e normalmente terá taxas muito mais baratas do que outros! De nada :)! Este lugar é um dos meus favoritos nesta área. Eu venho aqui há muito tempo. Se você escolher este lugar, você não ficará desapontado.O quarto era espaçoso e confortável. Há uma cafeteira e uma TV com uma grande variedade de canais, um banheiro adorável, uma linda roupa de cama, roupões de banho e toalhas. Vale a pena pagar a mais. Não consigo elogiar o pessoal o suficiente. Todos os membros da equipe são tão bem treinados que são simpáticos e prestativos. Eles colocam as necessidades do hóspede em primeiro lugar. Obrigado pela ótima experiência!

Ótima localização. Serviço rápido e profissional no check-in. Limpo. Corredores escuros e um pouco degradados. Quarto cheirava a fumaça, embora fosse um hotel para não fumantes. Cama confortável. Bom espaço de balcão no banheiro. Eu me inscrevi para receber seus prêmios para reservar para datas futuras, mas, a menos que eu tenha perdido, ainda não recebi.

I found it absolutely ridiculous that you closed off the drink refrigerators.Because of COVID!?!?!?That make absolutely no sense as a way to reduce transmission.My room also had exactly two pillows on the bed.Two.I had to ask for more repeatedly until two more were brought to my room.Between these things and the elevators being slow and one elevator being consistently nonoperational, I was underwhelmed.

Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ .ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any resort. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of my favorites in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable. There are a coffee machine and tv with a great choice of channels, lovely bathroom, lovely bed linen, robes, and towels. It is well worth paying extra. I cannot praise the staff enough. Every staff member is so well-trained, they are friendly and helpful. They put the guest's needs first. Thank you for the great experience!

Great location. Prompt, professional service at check in. Clean. Hallways dark and a bit rundown. Room smelled of smoke although a nonsmoking hotel. Comfortable bed. Good counter space in the bathroom. I signed up for your rewards to book for future dates but, unless I missed it, I still have not received.

I just want to take the time out to leave a review because I LOVED my stay. While initially I was a little taken aback by the check in line, Henry did a great job at getting everything together and settling me into a room (very thorough and professional). My stay was absolutely wonderful. When I first walked into the room there was this sort of minty smell (like essential oil or something). The bathroom was clean, the room was clean, and the dresser area was clean. The room has normal wear and tear which was no problem for me. But when I tell you the sleep I got… A1. I slept peacefully and there was NO NOISE. I appreciate my stay and I’d love to come back in the future. Thank you 🙏🏿

I've stayed at the Millennium Knickerbocker before and had a wonderful experience, so I booked it again for an upcoming trip via a booking website that was non-refundable/would have a cancellation fee. Unexpectedly, we had a death in the family. I let the Millennium Knickerbocker hotel know I wouldn't be making my trip, simply asking for a reduced cancellation fee. They were very kind (as always) and understanding, and waived all fees for me immediately. It was the courtesy and promptness that made me feel grateful to have one less thing to worry about during this time. Aside from that, as I stated my last experience with them was wonderful as well - the hotel itself is very nice, comfortable beds and very clean. Staff are very kind and truly want you to enjoy your stay, and it's in one of the best locations in the city. As far as parking, I utilize a parking app and it saves a little vs. the parking directly ac across from the hotel. Definitely consider staying here when looking for a hotel in Chicago!

Room was very clean and nice, but what sold me on it was the customer service!! I had to check in late as I'm on a cross country business trip. Jude was absolutely amazing! He helped me get a room in a crazy city. And after 20plus years in hospitality he was by far the best!!! I will definitely stay here again because of his willingness to help and professionalism

El hotel no puede estar mejor ubicado pero está muy descuidado. Llegamos a la habitación y había telarañas en las ventanas, no limpiaron la habitación en ninguno de los 4 días que estuvimos ahí, solo había una almohada...Si no fuera por la ubicación no repetiría

Estuvimos hospedados en este hotel por 7 días, lo mejor del lugar es su ubicación, está a media cuadra de la avenida Míchigan también llamada la Magnificent Mille, lugar de las más tiendas más caras "Fifis", por esta avenida tienes trasporte a cualquier parte de las atracciones de la ciudad. La habitación es limpia y cómoda, con una cama king size , cuenta con WiFi gratis, pantalla de TV, cafetera, caja fuerte, tabla de planchar, plancha, clóset con suficientes ganchos y porta maleta, cobija extra. El baño cuenta con toallas para dos personas, amenidades como champú, crema de cuerpo y acondicionador, secadora de cabello y pañuelos desechables.Recomiendo el hotel ampliamente.
