“A localização é excelente, apenas na orla do centro da cidade. Quarto era ótimo, bem projetado, espaçoso e com muitas comodidades. Banheiro grande e muito agradável, com banheira e chuveiro. Pequeno-almoço muito bom, mesmo excepcional, eu diria. Funcionários - OK, alguns realmente bons, alguns apenas OK. A conexão com a Internet é boa e estável, mas poderia ser mais rápida. Excelente isolamento acústico, tanto no interior como no exterior. A limpeza em nosso quarto estava um pouco carente, um dia os copos ficaram sujos, no outro dia não havia aspiração como visto por evidências no chão. No banheiro, acima da banheira, havia frascos de sabonete líquido e xampu, montados tão alto que era impossível alcançá-los. Café e chá estavam no quarto, mas não havia leite e apenas chá preto disponível. Durante o checkout demorou muito, temos alguém realmente inexperiente com faturas.”
