I was very disappointed in the quality of this hotel. We choose to stay at Marriott because of its quality and clean experience, but this place misses the mark. The hotel is under renovation, but even the renovated parts are sad. The pool and gym were under construction. The rooms didn't feel clean and had many minor imperfections. Hotel staff was nice, and the breakfast was a good setup, but I would bypass this place and choose another hotel. The location is close to the water but is questionable in safety.

I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone, even the desperate. The housekeeping is terrible. I had to change rooms four times because of (room 1) grass and twigs on the sofa bed and old cereal on the inside of the sofa, (room 2) raw meat in the refrigerator, and (room 3) used sheets having not been changed. Room 4 smelled like weed, but it was at least clean enough, so I took it. The "full American breakfast" advertised on their site is a lie. They had microwaved breakfast sandwiches and room temperature yogurt cups. Also, the hot chocolate from the machine looked like pond water. The only compliment I can give this place is that the front desk staff were polite and did their best. Everything else was awful.

The website says that it's newly renovated and shows a some really great pictures. However, my room which was on the second floor obviously had not been renovated. It was dark, dingy and dirty. The fridge, cooktop and counters had not even so much as wiped down. The smell was unpleasant and the bed and pillows were old and uncomfortable. I would never waste another penny on this place!

When we opened the door to our suite and turned on the lights, the roaches scattered. And not just one or two. The ice maker in the freezer didn't work. The bathroom was filthy. Hair everywhere. Even stuck on the walls and ceiling. The tub wouldn't drain. The air conditioner leaked onto the floor and the carpet was completely soaked. A week after checking out, the hotel charged my credit card a $137. I called to hotel to dispute the charge. I was told, "it was charged by accident." Then a week later, the hotel charged my card another $137. Save your money and frustration and stay somewhere else.

Very clean & comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Pool was small and hit up not in operation, but I'd definitely stay there again!

Lugar maravilhoso para ficar. Ignore todos os comentários negativos. Muito limpo. O serviço de limpeza é maravilhoso. O hotel foi totalmente reformado e até cheira a novo. Todos os funcionários são super prestativos. Muito profissional e atencioso. Mais do que Ritz Carletons em que já me hospedei. Vou ficar aqui a longo prazo e que foi uma decisão fantástica de vir a este Marriott. As suítes são bem projetadas. Cozinha totalmente equipada e toda nova e moderna. Não há nenhuma outra residência de longa duração em West Palm que seja comparável. O café da manhã permite opções e é embalado em uma sacola fechada para maior segurança. Tudo que você precisa. Eles têm uma área para grelhar com uma grelha de alta qualidade que é uma grande vantagem se ficar por um tempo prolongado. O hotel fica perto de I95. Não leva tempo para chegar aonde você precisa ir. Área segura para caminhar. Seria um erro não colocar este hotel no topo da sua lista. 5 de 5. Excelente

Wonderful place to stay. Ignore any negative reviews. Very clean. Housekeeping is wonderful. Hotel is fully renovated and even smells brand new. All the staff are super helpful. Very professional and caring. More so than ritz carletons I have stayed at. I am staying here long term and that was a terrific decision to come to this Marriott. The suites are well designed. Kitchen fully equipped and all new and modern. There is no other long term residence in west palm that is comparable. Breakfast allows options and packaged in a enclosed bag for safety. All you need. They have a grilling area with a high end grill that is a big plus if staying for a prolonged time. Hotel is close to I95. Takes no time to get wherever you need to go. Safe area to walk around. Would be a mistake to not put this hotel on top of your list. 5 out of 5. Excellent

Embora a propriedade esteja em construção e reforma, os quartos foram bem renovados, limpos e confortáveis. Shawn, na recepção, me lembrava um gerente de uma JW ou Renaissance. Profissional, útil e que tornou a experiência ainda melhor. Serviço de primeira classe.

Although the property is under construction and remodel, the rooms were nicely refreshed, clean and comfortable. Shawn at the front desk reminded me of a desk manager at a JW or Renaissance. Professional, helpful and made the experience all the better. First class service.

Em primeiro lugar, não se importe com meu nome ou imagem, esta é uma revisão honesta. No geral, eu descreveria a experiência como desagradável, na melhor das hipóteses. Quando entramos no hotel havia um odor que cheirava a mofo. A equipe foi agradável e acolhedora, o que foi uma vantagem. Mas quando entramos em nosso quarto, havia pêlos púbicos no banheiro, estranhos amassados em forma de bala na geladeira e cortes gigantescos na porta. Além disso, quando puxamos o sofá-cama, ele saiu direto das molas. Para acompanhar isso não havia travesseiros ou lençóis para ir com o sofá na sala. Tudo parecia sujo e vimos mais do que algumas baratas naquela noite. Nós não stick por noite 2. Com toda a franqueza, há 2 melhores hotéis ao lado por apenas um pouco mais de dinheiro, então não se sobrecarregue com ir aqui.

First off please don’t mind my name or picture this is an honest review. Overall I would describe the experience as unpleasant at best. When we walked into the hotel there was an odor that smelled like mold. The staff were nice and accommodating so that was a plus. But when we walked in our room there was pubic hair in the bathroom, weird bullet shaped dents on the fridge, and giant gashes on the door. Also when we pulled out the pullout couch it came straight off its springs. To go with this there was no pillows or sheets to go with the couch in the room. Everything seemed dirty and we saw more than a couple cockroaches that night. We did not stick around for night 2. In all honesty there are 2 better hotels right next door for only a little bit more money so do not burden yourself with going here.

Este lugar é um gueto. Um elevador que tem manchas no carpete e cheirava a maconha. Vagueando no estacionamento às 23h e posso ouvir o tráfego pela janela. A cama não é nada para se escrever. O quarto estava limpo o suficiente. Esta é a segunda vez que fico aqui e não estou impressionado. A primeira vez que estive aqui, o elevador estava quebrado. Desta vez, a banheira de hidromassagem está quebrada. Smh ... Eu não vou ficar aqui novamente.

This place is ghetto.One elevator that has stains in the carpet and smelled of weed.Loitering in the parking lot at 11pm and I can hear the traffic outside my window.The bed is nothing to write home about. The room was clean enough.This is my second time staying here and I'm not impressed.The first time I was here, the elevator was broken.This time the hot tub is broken. Smh... I won't be staying here again.

The manager, took really good care of us. This hotel has a fully stocked kitchen, including dishwasher and full size refrigerator, down the street from many convenient stores. Very comfortable accommodations. Staff could not be any better. The hotel had no choice but to remove breakfast buffet and daily cleaning, due to virus (which is best) but everything is available from replacement towels, etc., and full kitchen, down the street from Walmart, lots of fast food (walk to Cracker Barrel).
