“Bad experience. Breakfast was horrible, with really tiny amounts, everything was cold and had low variability. Water from the shower was cold, to have hot water you need to ask 15 to 20min in advance. Location was not the best, since it's in the top of a hill, being hard to walk or to access by car, at least is not far from the historical center. Bedroom was okay, but room service haven't changed bed sheets or towels regularly.”

“We stayed here for 3 nights in total. It is located on a hill which gives a nice view over the city and only a 10 min walk from the main square. We had a pleasent stay, the staf was very helpfull at all times. We even recieved a breakfast to go when we left for the salcantay trek at 5 in the morning.”
