Harveys consists of two soaring 19-story towers with 742 rooms. Wi-Fi access is available for a fee. Some floors are non-smoking and some have lake views. Hotel amenities geared to please guests of all ages and interests include a 24-hour casino heated pool and hot tub video-game arcade beauty salon and specialty shops. Foodies choose among four restaurants including a festive Mexican cantina with live music and a late-night lounge on the 19th floor; comedy lovers like the cabaret for live improv. There's also a concierge desk business center and laundry facilities. Parking is free and dogs are welcome for a fee in select rooms. The resort is located on South Lake Tahoe's main street within a five-minute walk of other casinos and the Heavenly Gondola. The Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course is less than a mile away. Reno-Tahoe International Airport is about 57 miles away.

“The hotel room was clean and staff were helpful enough. Maybe it was just the off-season or staff shortages, but not being able to order room service or have a great way to redeem rewards points without walking next door was pretty rough. I went as part of a charter group with Caesar's rewards. I was working some of the time, so it wasn't possible to walk next door for breakfast. I did enjoy the American River Cafe. Otherwise, this was a pretty bare-bones experience and while the price was right, it wasn't worth all of the travel.”

“Wowza! Wonderful room. Comfy bed. Humongous bathroom. Large room. Staff was so wonderful. Best value for the dollar spent. Sadly we were only able to see a wee bit of the lake. Excellent food and allergy accommodated. I would recommend. Sadly I don't gamble but people I saw all seemed happy.”
