Organizado, limpeza e cordialidade. Só a cama é muito macia para o meu gosto!

Ninguém merece 5 estrelas! Mas é bom sim, cama fantasticamente macia, limpeza de primeira, masa privada não tem ducha! Perdeu uma estrela por isso! kkkk As descargas são antigas, gastam muito água e não são eficientes. Quanto a localização, fica há dez minutos a pé de um conjunto de lojas que inclui a Barnes & Nobel, a BestBuy de eletrônicos, a ToyRus e outras. Do outro lado da grande avenida tem um shopping (Mall, como eles chamam) e é grande mesmo (funciona de 10h às 21h).

So I stayed at this hotel last weekend for a conference. While the staff was polite the accommodations were simply not up to par. After finding out that other attendees had to leave the hotel due to a bed bug infestation we were told to thoroughly check our rooms. I then found small blood stains on my sheets (a sign of bed bugs) and urine stains on the mattress pad. My roommate and I then had to go downstairs to get new sheets. This hotel would have been great if the cleaning was done properly. Please take care of this on the future.

Ótima localização, quartos espaçosos e hotel agradável em geral. O atendimento ao cliente foi ótimo com quase todos que encontramos. O bar tinha bebidas muito boas e há um Starbucks bem dentro do hotel! A banheira de hidromassagem não estava funcionando, mas pode ter sido porque é verão no Texas.

Um ótimo hotel! Os quartos eram espaçosos e as camas eram muito confortáveis. O banheiro era um pouco pequeno, era um pouco apertado, mas tudo o resto era ótimo nada muito ruim. Piscina estava limpa e era enorme! A equipe foi tão agradável e nos permitiu fazer o check-in mais cedo e nos deu um biscoito! Muito grande experiência.

The hotel is old and outdated. The bathrooms are old and modern.They give you the bare minimum 1 roll of small tissue and trash can so you better take own. Ice maker was dusty on top. Woke up to no water this morning. I will never come back.

Such a great hotel! The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small it was a bit of a squeeze but everything else was great nothing too bad. Pool was clean and was huge! The staff was so nice and allowed us to check in early and gave us a cookie! Very great experience.

Great location, spacious rooms, and overall nice hotel. Customer service was great with almost everyone that we encountered. The bar had really good drinks and there’s a Starbucks right inside of the hotel! The hot tub wasn’t working but that may have been because it’s summer in Texas.

Atualmente, estamos hospedados neste hotel e, embora o check-in inicial e a primeira impressão geral tenham sido bons, entrando em nosso quarto, mudamos completamente de ideia. Havia um leve cheiro de mofo e manchas visíveis de vazamento de água nos painéis do teto. Havia migalhas de comida na cômoda. O banheiro é muito pequeno e desatualizado e parece que não foi varrido ou esfregado em um mês. Havia manchas de água na pia e nos acessórios da banheira. A borda interna do vaso sanitário também tem manchas bem visíveis. Acabei comprando um pouco de desinfetante e borrifei todo o quarto e apenas rezamos para que os lençóis estivessem limpos e tentamos não pensar nisso. Além disso, o frigobar mal está esfriando, então esperamos que nossa comida não estrague da noite para o dia. Ainda não tivemos a chance de dizer nada à equipe e não tenho certeza se o faremos. Este hotel realmente precisa intensificar em termos de limpeza, especialmente sendo parte do grupo Hilton.Edit: além de tudo dito acima, acordei esta manhã coberto de picadas de percevejos. Esta é de longe a pior experiência de hotel.

Es bastante viejo y descuidado, limpieza no muy buena

We are currently staying at this hotel and although the initial check in and overall first impression was good, walking into our room we completely changed our minds. There was a slight musty smell and visible water leak stains on the ceiling panels. There were food crumbs on the dresser. The bathroom is very small and outdated and looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in a month. There were water stains in the sink and on the tub fixtures. The inside rim of the toilet also has very visible stains. I ended up buying some disinfectant and sprayed the entire room down and we just prayed the sheets were clean and tried not to think about it. In addition, the mini fridge is barely cooling so hopefully our food doesn’t go bad overnight. We haven’t had a chance to say anything to the staff yet and I’m not sure we will. This hotel really needs to step it up in terms of cleanliness, especially being a part of the Hilton group. Edit: in addition to everything stated above, I woke up this morning covered in bed bug bites. This is by far the worst hotel experience.

Esteticamente o hotel é bom. Não está esgotado. No entanto, arrumação é atroz. Vou ficar aqui por um bom tempo e meu quarto ainda não foi limpo. Meus lençóis não foram trocados, embora eu tenha tirado completamente a cama. As mesmas folhas foram colocadas de volta. O tapete não foi aspirado, o lixo não foi esvaziado, o banheiro também não foi limpo. Fui forçado junto com os outros a me limpar. Absolutamente inaceitável.

Esthetically the hotel is good. It's not run down. However, housekeeping is atrocious. I am staying here for quite a while and my room has yet to be cleaned. My sheets have not been changed even though I completely stripped the bed. The same sheets were put back on. The carpet hasn't been vacuumed, the trash not emptied the bathroom not cleaned either. I was forced along with others to clean myself. Absolutely unacceptable.

Equipe de trabalho duro. Adriel, o barman, é incrível e um trunfo para esta empresa. Ela sempre tem um sorriso no rosto, não importa o quão ocupada ela esteja. Peter é um excelente servidor e um crédito para sua profissão. Alguém precisa dar um aumento a essa garota. É bom ser sempre maior com um sorriso. A comida definitivamente melhorou desde que a nova equipe da cozinha chegou. Com exceção do rascunho, o bar é limpo, amigável e acolhedor.

Hard working staff. Adriel, the bartender, is amazing and an asset to this company. She always has a smile on her face no matter how busy she is. Peter is an excellent server and a credit to his profession. Someone needs to give this girl a raise. It is good to always be greater with a smile. Food has definitely gotten better since the new kitchen staff has arrived. With the exception of the draft being out the bar is clean friendly and and welcoming.

Tivemos uma boa estadia, mas há algumas coisas que não gostei. Tínhamos reservado um quarto com 2 camas queen size e tenho quase certeza de que temos tamanho completo. Meu marido e eu não dormimos bem. Eu não gostei do jeito que o cobertor e os lençóis estavam. Eles tinham um lençol, outro lençol, um cobertor e outro lençol. Foi uma configuração estranha na minha opinião. Também não havia copos de plástico que eles tinham de vidro que eu não usei porque não tenho certeza de como eles foram tratados. As xícaras de café também não foram embaladas individualmente. O balde de gelo tinha poeira na tampa, como se não tivesse sido limpo. As gavetas tinham algum lixo. Pelo preço esperava melhor. O hotel era tranquilo e tínhamos uma garagem de estacionamento para usar, o que era bom. Não é uma experiência ruim em geral, mas da próxima vez vou procurar uma diferente. Além disso, a entrada é perigosa, especialmente se você não sabe para onde está indo, porque fica em uma rampa. Perdemos algumas vezes usando o GPS, então usamos a estrada de trás durante a nossa estadia. Eu senti que era muito mais seguro com menos tráfego. Talvez o hotel possa colocar um grande sinal sobre onde virar. Não vi nenhum sinal.

We had a good stay but there is a few things I didn't like. We had reserved a room with 2 queen beds and I'm almost sure we got full size. My husband and I did not sleep well. I didn't like the way the blanket and sheets were. They had a sheet, another sheet, a blanket then another sheet. It was a weird set up in my opinion. Also no plastic cups they had glass ones which I didn't use because not sure how they were handled. Coffee cups were not individually wrapped either. The ice bucket had dust on the lid, like it had not been wiped down. The drawers had some trash in them. For the price I was expecting better. The hotel was quiet and we had a parking garage to use which was good. Not a bad experience overall but next time I will look for a different one. Also the entrance is dangerous especially if you don't know where you are going because it's right off a ramp. We missed it a few times using GPS so we used the back road instead during our stay. I felt it was much safer with less traffic. Maybe the hotel can put up a big sign on where to turn. I didn't see any signs.

EL hotel Hilton San Antonio Airport nos brindó muy buen servicio desde que llegamos hasta el momento de nuestra partida. La limpieza en cuarto y áreas comunes estuvo muy bien. El servicio del personal también fue muy bueno. La comodidad del cuarto, camas, tv y baño, hizo que pasáramos muy bien nuestra estancia.

Las habitaciones ya están muy descuidadas y jamás en la vida me había pasado que fueran tan groseros conmigo en un hotel la chica de recepción súper grosera no me respetaron mi reservación me dieron lo que quisieron y aparte me trataron súper mal ahí mejores hotel al mismo o a mejor precio.

Hotel muy bien ubicado, habitaciones y baño de tamaño reducido, con mobiliario viejo un poco deteriorado, le hace falta una renovacion...el precio por noche no vale lo que se recibe...aire acondicionado ruidoso, se escucha cuando se cierran las puertas de las habitaciones vecinas

No hacen la limpieza de los cuartos, se les aviso y de manera poco profesional, nos dijeron que ya no era hora, se les aviso al siguiente día, comentaron que lo harían, y cuando llegamos al cuarto por lo noche,solo limpiaron el bote de basura, la camas estaban igual y el baño no lo limpiaron, el estacionamiento parece estar abandonado, las circulaciones verticales (escaleras y elevadores), sucias y con la sensación de inseguridad.

Mi experiencia fue extremadamente insatisfecha. No hicieron la limpieza del cuarto en tres días ni cambiaron las toallas húmedas, a pesar de que todos los días lo solicite

El punto bueno es que se encuentra cerca del aeropuerto.Las habitaciones requieren algo de mantenimiento. Solicite en dos ocasiones el servico ce cambio de toallas y nunca llegaron.

Recientemente nos hospedamos en ese hotel, aunque la habitación estuvo agradable, limpia, buenas camas, y ubicación; no me agradó el sistema de cable de televisión pues fallaba mucho; así como los botes de agua ahora sólo dejan el primer día que llegas.
