“The room is gorgeous and spacious but the windows are dirty. Which sucks when you have a nice view you want to photograph. The resort is packed with dining options and family friendly activities. The battle is accepting $100/night incidental charge on top of your nightly resort fee. This cut my spending plans in half for my mother's birthday. In addition to not having access to free water or free coffee, or any acknowledgement that my mom is here for her 60th. Also, be aware there is no fridge for personal items. You have to request a separate fridge if you're nursing or diabetic like my mom or be charged $50 for placing your items in the mini fridge that's already there. We checked in our bags and there was a gentlemen expecting a tip for us bringing our bags to be checked and receiving a ticket. Rolled his eyes when we said thank you and walked away. Where I'm from tips are earned for above and beyond service not standard procedure. Bottom line if you're thinking to come here to celebrate anything, go somewhere else. If you're just looking for a family friendly resort then this will do.”

“Helpful and friendly staff and lots to do!! It’s kind of easy to get lost in but also very easy to get help finding your way. However, I think it’d be helpful if they provided a map of the casino/lobby area when you check in.I hiiighly recommend trying the House of Blues restaurant, the food was outstanding and the service was great! We also went to the aquarium during our stay and it was very well kept and there were so many fun things to see and learn about! Enjoyable for any age.The pool was SO MUCH FUN, the food at the pool bar&grill was delicious!! It gets hard to find chairs after noon though so plan accordingly.Overall excellent place to stay and well worth the cost.”
