I was suprised when someone open my room 2times. So i told the reception pls call us up before entering the room. Or we we're just misunderstand due to limited english convo of thier staff, aside the reception area can talk english. All in all their hotel is good.

Good breakfast, good dinner restaurant and bar. Very nice staff and good service. Large clean rooms. 👍

The hotel could use some major renovations. There is black mold everywhere. It's very easy to see. Only one elevator was working which meant you had to either wait an eternity to get on and/or had to get in with it being completely full. The bar is ok but overpriced. The pool is out of service indefinitely which was not made clear on the booking website. The only positive thing is the breakfast. But this place overall was pretty bad.

We chose Radisson for one special occasion. It was out weeding day, me and my fiancé got dressed there. For me, I hooked a room for day use were I had the opportunity to share this moment with 10 guests and it was amazing. We stay for the first night as well on a romantic package. We were really well treated, the service is great, and the best part, the package was so affordable. I super recommend.

Staff were very friendly and professional, and for the price this hotel is good value. Breakfast was great: abundant, tasty, and varied. However, the pool and gym are out of use indefinitely (something not mentioned on Hotels.com). Another thing: My fridge was kept well-stocked with bottled water. But this water is not complementary: you are billed for this water on check-out, as part of the "taxes and services" . Nowhere in the room does it say this water is not complementary; nor are guests informed of this by reception. While the cost was not excessive, guests should be informed of this in the interests of disclosure.

Stayed in several hotels in BelÃ©m an Radisson is for sure the best. Nice, modern and clean rooms, good service and delicious food in their restaurant. They have their own parking garage, ok internet...
